Perfect location with easy walking distance to Cardiff and Encinitas. Beautiful sunsets from the large deck with a variety of seating options. Lynn was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions.

The house was beautiful and stunning panoramic ocean views. Conveniently located to the trail and a close 1 mile walk in each direction to shops and restaurants. Really no outdoor grassy area but the patio space is great.

Wonderful views and location

This little beach cottage was absolutely perfect for our family with 2 young girls. Conveniently located to the beach, trails, shops & restaurants and you can’t beat the view! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect little getaway

This is a charming little cottage, with beautiful views! It is on a busy road, but the view makes up for it. It was nice that we weren't far from coffee shops, shopping or restuarants!! We enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful fathers day weekend

Stayed here for Fathers day weekend, 2024. Wonderful location, gorgeous views, quiet setting. Loved our stay here, and would definitely come back. Easy walk to Cardiff Village or Encinitas, you wont regret choosing this spot!
