Enjoy private beautiful peaceful sunsets with westerly broad lake view, incredible fall foliage and leaf peeping over the lake, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, lounging on the multiple large decks and modern dock, with ~100 feet of frontage on Baboosic Lake in Amherst/Merrimack NH. Air-conditioned and heated cottage all to yourself, sleeps 6, in 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen size bed. Bright and cheerful sunroom with panoramic view of the lake and nearby hills with sliding screened windows for regular gentle breeze off the lake. Gently sloping lake bottom for swimmers and lake activities at all ages. Quiet dead end street with dedicated parking for guests. Multiple dining options at various price ranges within ten-minute drive, easy access to shopping, antiquing, and outlets within 15 minutes. 50 minutes to Boston or beaches on the ocean, 20 minutes to the Manchester, NH airport.

What a wonderful trip! The house is cozy and the beds were super comfortable. The scenery was so beautiful and we had so much fishing, swimming and going out on the water. We would definitely recommend and our kids said it was the best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful stay at this NH lake house. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The area was peaceful and relaxing, and the lake access, boats, and outdoor activities made the trip especially memorable for our kids, they even caught their first fish here.The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay.Overall, it was a great family getaway, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing New Hampshire lake vacation.

We had a great time, and the house was just about perfect for our group. The extensive deck space was a big plus, as was the western exposure - it meant full sun right into the evening, perfect for swimming. The only downside, which was not a surprise, was the lack of an easy entrance to the water... the only way was to step off of the dock, which wasn't doable for my elderly mother. But we all had a wonderful week and Scott was easily reachable for any questions/issues. Highly recommend.

The cottage is absolutely lovely-impeccably clean, comfortable and fitted out with everything you might need. The lake was a perfect temperature and a canoe and kayak are provided to use. We enjoyed the array of family games and the entire relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful Place!

This was such a beautiful cottage on the lake! The host was very accomodating when we wanted to extend our stay one day. It was such a great location with a gorgeous lake side view. We had everything we needed and beds were very comfy! Overall a wonderfulexperience!

Our kids said the beds were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on, with the coziest blankets. The cabin was warm, cozy, and homey. Host was very nice and communication was timely and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Close to all amenities, shopping, and grocery stores.

Classic NH Lake Cottage Vibes

This home was wonderful for our group of 6 and a several day visitors with its large common areas and decks. The kayak and canoe were perfect for exploring the lake and our host provided thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of snacks and board games Our hosts were quick to reply to messages sent and were very helpful and clear in their responses.

Perfection

The property was exactly as listed and a wonderful family friendly spot. The hosts gave us easy instructions and checkin / checkout was super simple. It was a perfect spot for swimming with my three kids and the items left out for us to use were very generous. We had some great canoes around the lake. Absolutely recommend this place for a family get away.

Stayed over long weekend, beautiful outdoor decks and dock with amazing lake views. Kayaked and swam in lake. New BBQ grill. Had a nice relaxing weekend, would definitely return.

Hidden Gem

Incredible lake views from both indoor and outdoor spaces. The lake is surprisingly quite given the number of homes dotting the shoreline. Nice little beach where our daughter enjoyed playing and discovering. We made wonderful memories there with local family members that stopped in for a visit. Bob and Karen where very gracious, informative, and responsive hosts.
