Le Quad's One Bedroom ~ Private, Spacious, Secured & Elegant

If you like, or prefer privacy, and a quiet space with a small amount of people, then this is the ideal place for you. Le Quad is a very small residential property with only 4 apartments accommodating short term guests, and long term residents. It is at the end of a Cut-de-sac road. It is private, quiet, secured and gated (electronic gate only). It is located just 120 meters from a shopping complex with supermarket, restaurants, dry cleaners, etc. Taxis and public transportation is very close, therefore a rental car is not essential. It has a small pool for individual private use by guests, which is not large enough for swimming, but perfect for standing, sitting or lying on the provided pool hammocks, to cool off whenever you wish.

Le Quad is located in a small, quiet neighbourhood, which is close to the all the main business districts and party spots. The Washington Boulevard major thoroughfare is in walking distance from the property, therefore public transportation and taxis are easily accessible.
