Bordered by the beautiful cities of Sarasota and Venice, Nokomis is justifiably known for its beautiful seashore, many shopping opportunities and cultivated residential areas. The unincorporated town includes Nokomis Beach, at the south end of exclusive Casey Key. In addition to the attractions in nearby Sarasota, Nokomis offers lovely Gulf beaches and fishing for visitors, as well as the best place to shell and shark teeth seek, and its beautiful shoreline. Visitors to Nokomis can enjoy small-town living and a relaxed beach town atmosphere, while also experiencing all that Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer.

Our property is a cute bungalow, walking distance from the beach, local restaurants, ice cream shop, and stores to get swimming, surfing, and souvenirs from. We are conveniently located near bike trails, and two state parks; Myakka State Park and Oscar Scherer state park! There is always something to do here, we have all the recommendations you could want.
