Disfrute de la vida en la playa de Florida con esta espaciosa unidad costera amueblada en el canal intracostero con acceso a la playa privada al otro lado de la calle. Recientemente remodelado, la unidad con vistas a un jardín tropical desde sus porches privados. A 12 x 12 gazebo amueblado en el patio frente a la Intracoastal ... gran lugar para relajarse y tomar cócteles. Los peces del dique Intracoastal o en su hermosa playa privada. A poca distancia de dos bares / restaurantes y una tienda de comestibles está a sólo 2 millas de distancia. Lo más importante, usted experimentará los increíbles puestas de sol sobre el Golfo de México todas las tardes.

El barco atraca acaban de reformar !! Llevar su barco ... puede atracar su barco (con electricidad y agua) en la parte trasera y no hay espacio suficiente para su remolque del barco en el frente de la propiedad por sólo $ 10 p / noche !!

Wonderful location and very comfortable . The owner was very communicative and the accommodations were so amazing from Screened porch, to boat slip , beautiful yard , and easy access to beach . We appreciated the beach chairs that were available as well as the use of the pergola and patio table which we happily took advantage of !

Sweet beachy stay

This little property was just fabulous. It was very comfortable with access to the beach right across the street. The gazebo is lovely to relax in both morning and evening and the lanai was perfect for the rainy days. We will be back.

Wonderful getaway

Staying here was such a pleasure! The duplex was clean, well equipped, in a fantastic location with beach access and beautiful views from the waterway. The yard and outdoor areas were just as inviting as the indoor areas. Everything about it was very inviting and, even though we didn't meet Millie in person, she made us feel welcomed and cared for. We certainly picked the right place for our relaxing vacation!

GREAT location. Spent everyday on the beach. Loved drinking coffee in the gazebo and watching the pelicans and boats pass by. Kitchen well stocked for making dinners for Christmas Eve and Day :) Host very accessible.

Casey key getaway

Very nice little place. The outdoor areas are the highlight. The screened in porch had a fan and it was our hang out spot in the evening. The beaches and amazing and the access is a short walk from the place.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and it is great for us. So quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy the beach and gazebo. Millie is a great host and very tuned in to make our stay the best. We will be back.

Great getaway

The garden in the back is gorgeous-even prettier than the pictures. I really enjoyed sitting out at the gazebo to drink my coffee in the mornings. The ocean is a quick walk across the road. Everything we needed was available when we cooked.

Great place to stay

Millie is very accommodating and thorough on instructions. The grounds are immaculate. Very nice dock and sitting in the gazebo was so pleasant we didn’t want to leave. If we could have slept there we would have. Easy beach access to see beautiful sunsets. Millie has everything you could possible need for the beach for guests that fly in or don’t want to bring too much. Would definitely stay there again and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were wonderful and so was Millie, who was very flexible regarding check- in and check- out times. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, the private access to the beach and the large, beautifully landscaped and peaceful backyard. Mornings were spent sitting on the dock watching the sunrise. I even saw a manatee! Evenings were spent relaxing in the gazebo after dark. Thanks Millie. We'll be back! morningbwould would watch the sunrise

Great little Getaway!

This property is really great. Millie was an amazing host and met us there and gave us a tour of the property. We enjoyed the long weekend and had alot of fun. We strolled the beach and found some great shells. Drank our morning coffee in the gazebo and of course some adult beverages. The neighborhood is very quiet,parking was fantastic and the property was very, very clean. We would absolutely recommend this property. There was everything you would want and then some. The only thing we didn't do was bring our boat. We will certainly do that next time we are there!!

Extremely Accommodating

Best of both worlds - Intercostal and Private Beach Access! Wish we could have stayed longer. Pictures do not do it justice! Outdoor backyard setting that leads to the dock was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Stayed in 2 bedroom side of duplex and all was perfect. House had all small rooms but has everything you need and was a great size for us. Most impressive feature to me was the homeowner who personally meets and greets you and gives you a personal tour and very warm welcome. Have never experienced that with other VRBO rentals and it was very nice! Thank you so much Millie for your hospitality!!

We loved Casey Key

We enjoyed our stay at Dice on Casey Key. Mille was very accommodating and communicated well. The property itself is comfortable and clean and only steps to the beach and the gulf. If you’re looking for a beach vacation that is not on the super-crowded public beaches like Siesta Key, then this is your jam. Being so close means not having to deal with the hassle of finding parking and trekking your stuff a long way to the beach. You can shop at the Publix only 10 minutes away and cook meals at the property or go to any number of casual or fine dining places in Venice, also only 10-15 minutes away. All-in-all, a great vacation experience. Thanks Millie!

Exceeded Expectations!!! Perfect location!

I can't say enough about this amazing unit! The location was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. We mostly had the beach to ourselves. The public beach is far enough down that you only have occasional folks walk by. This kind of privacy is rare for Florida these days. We even had a few manatees swim right next to us while we were swimming. People usually go to Venice for shark teeth, but we also found a bunch on the beach in front of the unit. The back yard to this unit is amazing. Plenty of room on the back patio and a nice little walk way to the dock. The private dock and gazebo were a great addition. Our daughter enjoyed watching the manatees and a few dolphins in the intercoastal waterway behind the unit. The unit itself is very clean and tidy. It was even more spacious than we expected. Millie has made sure that guest have everything they need. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, little coolers, and beach accessories to share between the 2 units. Check in was quick and easy. Millie was great and easy to reach should you need anything. We stay somewhere new every summer and this has been one of our favorite rentals. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our visit to this property....the unit was clean and had all the extras you need when going to the beach. There were plenty of chairs, umbrella's and noodles.

Dice at Casey key is well appointed and in a great location across from a quiet beach with great fishing. Gazebo with a breeze looking at the channel was a treat. Highly recommended

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property ! It was perfect for our needs. Having the boat dock was a plus , there aren’t many places that can accommodate a boat. Mille was a Great host ! We will defiantly book again

summer retreat

You can't beat the location. The ocean was very clear when we stayed and a very short walk from the front door. The beach had a lot of beautiful shells and is far enough down from the public access points that you get a lot more privacy than you would otherwise. The duplex was the perfect size for the three of us and the backyard leading to the gazebo is its own little paradise. It's obvious that everything on the property is kept up with care, and it was very clean. We will def come back if we have the opportunity!

I am a native Floridian, that lived most of my adult life in Tampa Florida. My husband's parents had a beach house in Casey Key and he introduced me to this secluded piece of paradise. We were fortunate to permanently move to Casey Key several years ago and subsequently purchased this duplex the following year. What we loved most about this property is its tropical backyard right on the Intracoastal and the private beach right across the street. It is truly a beautiful place that I am sure, you too, will fall in love with!!

What make this property unique is the outdoor space. Beautiful tropical backyard with private beach easement. Also you are only sharing space with one other family compared with the typical motels on Casey Key.

The duplex is located right next door to our home. We live in Casey Key all year round so we will be able to give you on-site service.

The boat dock (with electricity and water provided) is directly behind the property with room for your boat trailer in the front.

A 12 x 12 furnished gazebo in the backyard overlooking the intracoastal.

Best of both worlds... private beach access and you are on the intercostal waterways.
