We loved our stay at Beachside Colony! Lovely views from the upstairs and downstairs windows! Prettiest sunrise I have seen in a long time. We had rainy weather every day except our checkout day, but we were able to stay an hour longer for a little beach time. The restaurant next door was great and the convenience was perfect!! The few questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We hope to visit again soon.

Location is great including a private attached garage. Beach access from this unit is super easy boardwalk is right outside the unit. Balcony views are great and the onsite restaurant has good food and drinks. 1 of the 2 pools is heated which was great for temps in the 50-60s during our stay. Only a couple of minor things, the air ducts need to be cleaned had some dirt/dust coming out when heat kicked on during a cold night. Had to run to the store for trash bags as only 2 were in the unit and laundry detergent as we had 8 people for 4 days and towels ran out quickly between pool and showers. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in nice townhouse on the beach. 2 flights of stairs that were easily negligible for our active family. Short walk to beach, enjoyed sunrise. Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants and close to Savannah.

Very clean and well maintained

This property is very clean, and well maintained. Due to the townhouse style, it is not recommended for anyone elderly or who may have difficulty with steep stairs. This should probably be stressed in the listing. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fun run-cation at Tybee Island!

Five of us women stayed here for a long weekend trip that included participating in a run at Fort Pulaski. The condo was perfect for us - plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the balconies and hanging out around the table and sitting area. The location is perfect and safe. We enjoyed a couple of long walks, one on the beach and one in a nearby neighhorhood and great restaurants. There's a souvenir shop across the street which came in handy. Perfect stay!

Nice view

Condo was clean and the location was good. The view from the balconies was as good as it gets for east coast beaches. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to get to the bedrooms though. Two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd level, which has a long set of steep stairs. This won't be an issue for most, but we had grandparents with, so it was a bit challenging for them.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own. The location offers the best of the island—easy beach access, a true resort atmosphere, and a place I’m proud to share with guests.
