An Airy Oasis with a Panoramic View of the Caribbean and Quick Beach Access

Sea Breeze has a 180-degree view of the incredible waters of the Caribbean and is just a 4" walk down concrete steps to the ocean.

Every morning you awake to the view of the Caribbean with sailboats anchored or cruising. It never gets old.

Local guests visiting Sea Breeze for the first time exclaim, "I didn't know you could get this kind of view on Provo! I have lived on island for twenty years and have never seen a view like this! This view is incredible!"

Grace Bay Beach is just down the hill. Once there, you can walk for miles. And if you would rather throw all the beach paraphernalia in the car and drive, Bight Park is 4 minutes away with gazebos and picnic tables for a break from the sun. Umbrellas, towels, coolers and swimming equipment are provided.

Though Grace Bay is wonderful, there are many beaches on Provo that renters should visit as well as two snorkel sites. Owner provides renters with directions to all of the beaches across the island.

Sea Breeze has 1,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space perfect for large groups: a newly refinished tear-drop infinity pool with a depth of 7 feet as well as 3 steps into the shallow area, covered patio with two dining tables, uncovered patio with two sectionals, lounge chairs under three swaying palm trees, outdoor bar and kitchen, and an outdoor shower surrounded by mahogany.

At Sea Breeze, you have 24 hours of beauty. Awake each day and marvel at the view and end each day with a view of the lights of downtown Provo. Lie on one of the many cushioned lounges and gaze at the stars. One group of renters watched a fireworks display for Kim Kardashian's birthday!

The interior of the house is as spectacular as the outside. Designed and built by a local chef and continuously updated with an emphasis on both design and comfort, Sea Breeze has a fully equipped Chef's kitchen with a full sink and a prep sink, mahogany bar, dining for 8 on a live-edge table, 4 ensuite bedrooms, an office with a queen fold-out couch, and a living room with 20 ft. vaulted ceilings and 36 feet of sliding glass doors which overlook the heart-stopping panorama of the Caribbean.

Another amazing stay at Sea Breeze. Thank you to everyone involved in making it perfect. The house is amazing, has everything we needed to cook, relax explore… and relax some more. The location is central and offers easy access to most everything we wanted on Provo. Communication with the host and management is fast and incredibly helpful. Not sure what more to stay. Everything about this property is first-rate, and we can’t say how much we appreciate and enjoy it!

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze. The location was great and the owners suggestions and communication was very helpful in planning our outings. The property manager met us there and went over everything we needed to know about the house. Highly recommend Sea Breeze.

Another year and another amazing week at Sea Breeze Villa. Every summer we bring the family down and stay at Sea Breeze. It’s a terrific location with one of the best views on the island. It’s really well kept and the property management team is always available in the rare chance you need them. If you are trying to decide which house to rent stop looking and reserve Sea Breeze.

Wonderful trip to TCI

Thank you to Margaret, our host, and Paul from the local management team for their efforts and care before and during our stay. The Villa was beautiful and very much as advertised. The view was truly exceptional and offset the short walk and gear transport to the beach. The space was well decorated and tasteful. Rooms were large and well appointed and quite comfortable. The kitchen was excellent and we enjoyed it during our stay. Great layout, appliances, serving pieces, and glassware. Outdoor grill was clean and functional and also enjoyed. We enjoy Provo and will absolutely consider a return trip to Sea Breeze! Thanks again for a great stay.

Beautiful property, conveniently located to gorgeous beaches, supermarket, and restaurants. We had 7 adult family members and plenty of space for everyone. Loved waking up with and seeing the stunning vista with morning coffee. Cooked several meals in the fully equiped kitchen, visited Grace Bay beach (walk or drive), Long Bay Beach, Coral Beach. The snorkeling on Grace Bay beach near the house is excellent. Just to the left of the public acces the coral is teeming with tropical fish. We saw rays and even a small barracuda. Ate a yummy dinner at Indigo restaurant. We will definitely return.

Great place

We loved staying at SeaBreeze. It was so clean and Paul the property manager was so thorough and communicative. The view is truly spectacular. The villa is very close to everything yet also tucked away for a very private feel. The property is extremely secure and we felt completely safe the whole time. We went in March with highs close to 80 everyday. We did not need to heat the pool and were able to run the AC very little. I’d recommend this place to anyone. The view truly feels like you are ocean front but without the insanely high cost.

very beautiful home pool and bedrooms and kitchen with a gorgeous view! just all needed to have some R&R and enjoy good restaurants and cooking and Paul was very helpful when we called him even assisting with a dead battery rental one night. The housekeeping on a Tuesday was very clean and nice. thankyou!

Wonderful Home

My family and I stayed at Sea Breeze for a week in February. We all really enjoyed it. The home is wonderfully kept and appointed. The views are spectacular. The owner and the manager of the property are very helpful and easily reached. We took several drives to restaurants and beaches. Everything is within easy reach. We would gladly stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous. The home is beautiful and ideally located. I do recommend that you rent a car. We had our three grown children and their girlfriends. We had the best time. The kitchen is so well furnished. And the outdoor patio and seating is spacious and perfect for large groups. 10/10!!

What a breathtaking view of the ocean. The photos capture the beauty and essence of this place. We had a wonderful visit ringing in the new year. Awesome Holiday at Sea Breeze Villa

This property is first-rate: incredibly comfortable and extremely well-appointed, superb kitchen with everything you need, first-rate management company, very clean, and superlative communication with the owner pre-arrival, as well as excellent recommendations of where to go and what to see. Easily accessible to all the buzz of the Grace Bay area and other areas to explore, while enjoying the sanctity and privacy of your own beautiful paradise.We stayed for a family gathering (3-80years old), we were all in our element.

Wonderful in Every Way

We just returned from a week at Sea Breeze and we’re thrilled with our stay. The house is immaculate, spacious, modern, very well-appointed… it fit our needs and more. The location is excellent. We were at Grace Bay Beach every day. It is super easy to access, and the stretch of beach near the villa is far from hotels and other high-population areas. We had the beach to ourselves most days. We cook a lot at home, so proximity to the IGA was perfect for us. And the view. Wow the view. It is exactly as advertised and more. Communication with the owner and property manager were excellent throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back, and are happy to have found this incredible home.

3rd stay - always a terrific experience.

My family and I have stayed at the Sea Breeze Villa 3 times now and have loved every minute of it. The location has one of the best views of Grace Bay available and the property has every amenity you could want. The owner and their local management team are only a phone call away and are super helpful with making plans for your trip.

Paradise!

Gorgeously decorated, very clean, amazing views, great breeze, beautiful clean infinity pool, plenty of seating, good security, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, great lightening, easy check in process with management meeting you and giving a tour of the home! Truly amazing

This home is absolutely fantastic and was perfect for our family this April! The living outdoor spaces via the sliding doors was our favorite part - breeze was constant so no need for AC except at night in the bedrooms. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and beds are very comfortable! The property manager was great! The views and beach can’t be beat. You definitely need a rental car but you could walk to a few restaurants near the beach if you wanted. The path to the beach was easy for us but we did drive and park when my mother came along as it is a bit pitched and she has an artificial knee. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it! You will be amazed that the pictures don’t do it justice!! Enjoy!

Stunning house in paradise!

We just got back from our trip to Turks and Caicos and had an amazing stay! We went with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant. The house is so spacious and open with lots of outdoor space for our little ones to play. We felt safe the whole time and Margaret and her management team were wonderful and easy to work with. We highly highly recommend the Sea Breeze!

We arrived at the house and we were greeted with the Property Manager, they gave us a tour of the ho0use and showed us how everything worked, they were very kind and helpful, the house was adorable, the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to entertain, the house was very safe, the pool was a bit cold, however we enjoyed the pool, house is close to everything, View was great, the owner communicated very well, I would rent this home again.

As advertised, air conditioning extra seems unnecessary

The house was exactly as advertised and as in the pictures. Very close to airport, grocery store etc. very convenient location. Lovely views. Walk is five minutes to beach and other than the first 100 feet down (or back up upon return) is easy and flat. The only comment we’d make is that charging extra for air conditioning when you are already payi by these daily rates seems excessive and just one thing that shouldn’t be necessary and just a bit of an unnecessary annoyance. It’s a lovely home with lots of room and great for entertaining.

T&C Family Vacay

This was our second time in Provo in the last year, we just love it here! First time we stayed at a resort and this time we wanted to get out more on the island and this property was absolutely perfect for it. The house and grounds are exactly as advertised. Location is pretty central, renting a car is highly recommended. The view from this house is incredible and we found the walk to the beach (with 3 kids between 5-12 yrs old) to be very easy. House is and feels very secure and the support from the owner/company was great, even was able to bring us some beer on a Sunday when the island doesn’t sell it on Sundays :). Everything you’d need in a kitchen and for the beach and several public access beaches within minutes (not including the direct beach access). Simply an amazing property for a family or a few couples. Thanks for the great experience!

My husband and I fell in love with Providenciales in 2004 - so much so that we bought a house on our first visit. After 13 years of wonderful memories with family and friends and successful renting, we decided it was time to retire. But we couldn't get the color of the waters out of our heads so in 2020 we went to visit friends on Provo ... and bought Sea Breeze.

Tucked behind stucco walls, Sea Breeze enjoys privacy and safety and one of the most gorgeous views available on island. The land for Sea Breeze was purchased 15 years ago. Lots like the one Sea Breeze is on are now rare.

You awake every morning to an incredible view of the Caribbean, unlike any other available on island because of the elevation - 44 ft.! (We live in Colorado at 6,000 ft!)
