Come every year as we are members of gozzer and its such great easy access to the lake club and for dinner. Beautiful view from the balcony as well.

Great views from both deck and family room. Condo was clean and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Very small minor drawback there were no coffee filters (so 1st morning before we could to store had no way to make coffee) and TV is only streaming (we adapted but might be an issue for some)

Sorry about the missing coffee filters—that’s an easy fix and we’ll make sure filters are provided for future guests. Appreciate the note about the TV being streaming-only; we’ll add clearer details to the listing and include simple streaming instructions in the welcome guide. great location, super helpful owner, would rent again!

The property was great, clean, comfortable, and the check-in/checkout process was simple. VRBO owners were super helpful, made it easy and painless!

Property was clean with a great view next to the shoreline of the lake. Interesting choice of decor for a vacation home. The lamp lighting was the worst which was predominantly all bare bulb. The BBQ was electric. Not a lot of easy lake access as most of it is private reserved for Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club members only, including the moorage. The best option for swimming was the indoor pool for the condominium residents directly across the road from this condominium building. Unfortunately, we experienced a power outage one evening during an electrical storm and there were not any flashlights or lanterns with batteries in the condominium. The ground floor location was excellent for level access to a large outdoor grassy area with guest parking just beyond. Garage parking was just one level below, accessed by elevator or stairs.

Thanks for the 4‑star review. Glad the unit was clean, the shoreline view was enjoyable, and the ground‑floor location with easy access and nearby parking worked well. Sorry the lamp lighting and bare bulbs were disappointing. Sorry for the inconvenience during the power outage — we’ll add battery‑powered flashlights/lanterns and review our emergency supplies.
