Gulf front 3 BR condo with private balcony and community swimming pool

Enjoy this gulf front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 at 611 Starboard Village on desirable Fort Pickens Road. This spacious beachfront condo is uniquely located next to the community swimming pool and just steps away from the beach dune walkover. Relax in the living room on the leather sofa and loveseat. Amenities include granite kitchen countertops, a 2-car garage, one outdoor designated parking spot, community swimming pool, community sun lounging deck, free WiFi, and two Gulf-front private balconies.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Love the location and size of this property. The beach was never crowded, even though it was a busy time of year. The only downside was that the air conditioner never dropped below 74 degrees. It was comfortable for the most part but we all would have slept better if it were a little cooler. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade!This is a roomy, comfortable condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of space.

When entering no light switches worked, had to have maintenance fix kitchen light to turn on. Horrible smell coming from garbage disposal which didn’t work, went to load dishwasher already full from previous renters. Unit was not clean. Vent in family room look like black mold.

We hard a great time at Starboard village. The condo layout was perfect with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms for our family of 7. The pool was nice and never over crowded.

Minutes from the Boardwalk/Restaurants, just steps from the beach and easy access being first floor. Trade off is less Gulf view because of the sand dunes, higher floors have complete view of Gulf.
