Beach Service: Enjoy the luxury of daily setup with commercial-grade chairs and umbrellas from March 1 to October 31. Our reserved section ensures a comfortable and exclusive beach experience. The beach access here is unique, providing a pavilion & restrooms.

Interior Highlights: Updated with a new kitchen, flooring, furnishings & meticulously maintained. Sand Dollar" features European white oak flooring, a spacious kitchen island with quartzite countertops, and top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances.

Elegant Coastal Design: Furnished with Pottery Barn and designer pieces, our home exudes coastal charm. The wood flooring adds warmth, and meticulous maintenance ensures a delightful ambiance throughout.

Spacious Layout: The open floor plan on the first level and extra-large bedroom suites create a perfect setting for group travel. Gather in the great room, then retreat to your private suite for ultimate comfort.

Bedroom 1: 1st Floor - 2 Queen beds, large TV, sitting area, pool area view.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor - Master with king canopy bed, Pottery Barn Queen sleeper sofa, private balcony.
Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor - Second master with king bed, Pottery Barn Queen sleeper sofa, pool view.
Bedroom 4: 2nd Floor - Bunk bed with Full on bottom/Twin on top, TV, games.
Guest Cottage: Romantic retreat with two separate rooms, kitchenette, and full amenities. (One bedroom offers a King bed and the other is the Daybed / pull out trundle each with a twin mattress)
Outdoor Paradise: Our lush backyard features a private, heated Grecian-style pool, rainfall outdoor shower, reclining lounge chairs, dining tables, and a Weber gas grill. Ping Pong, Cornhole, bikes, pool floats, and beach gear are included for your enjoyment.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash & Return Pool Towels over dryer if used during your stay.
Clean Grill and replace propane if emptied during your stay. Please remember to empty Garbage can by grill if used.
Return any furniture to original location. Please put remotes next to each TV, Leave 2 cottage keys in key cabinet & bag any garbage / put in bin outside for extra pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No large wedding/ reunion gatherings due to parking

The house was not only beautiful, but well appointed. Katie, the manager, was the best ever with communications. Also, the included umbrella service and designated golf cart parking at the beach were really great perks! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

Wonderful location to the beach either a short walk or short drive on the golf cart. Pool was clean and plenty of places to sit and enjoy family. Place was immaculate both inside and out. Katie was great about sharing information or answering questions. Highly recommend!!

Spectacular Sand Dollar

Our stay was perfect! Home worked well for us and having the cottage for the grandparents was an added perk!Close to the beach and having a golf cart provided was an added plus! Thank you to our host who communicated " just enough" and resolved some little issues quickly without a fuss.

Pool was lovely and heated for an extra charge. Katie is definitely a super host. She communicates in a timely and friendly manner. Kitchen has EVERYTHING! My husband and I stayed in the master in the front of the house - very comfortable and private. Only negative was noisy neighbors on both sides after 10 pm quiet hours began. Katie intervened and things improved. Kids loved the pool Easy walkable beach access to incredible sand and water with private 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.

Family Get Together

Great property for family getaways! Accommodations were excellent and fit with desired activities in Destin! Having the Low-Speed Vehicle (golf cart) was key to flexibility to and from the beach with 4 chairs and umbrellas every day of our stay! Quality of amenities were first class. The home was absolutely stunning! So close to the beach, super clean, comfortable beds, and a quick golf cart ride or Uber ride to entertainment. It was the perfect place for a long weekend away!

Great family house

Katie was so generous and communicative before and during our stay with information. It was a great location for the beach, shops, and a pleasant neighborhood to walk. With a preschooler and two babies, we really appreciated all of the baby gear in the house—it made things so easy. We were also impressed with the quantity and high quality of all kitchen implements. Overall, a lovely house with a great pool. We loved it!

Sand Dollar is a beautiful home and is in a nice neighborhood. It's a short walk to the beach and has a nice pool and patio area. Communication with a property manager was outstanding!

A Lovely Home

Family Time : )

Everyone in our group agreed the place was exceptional, and our host, Katie, thought of everything a renter may need. She has set the standard for all of our future rentals! We had room to enjoy family time together, but could go to our very large rooms for some down time. Six small children were in our group so we appreciated the pool alarms, golf cart, and beach chair set up to make everything easier. Most of our time was spent at the house because it was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property for multiple families

We had a wonderful vacation and this was an excellent property. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or think of. Kady, the property manager, was very attentive and responsive to any issues we had. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun

We had a great time during our stay! All the shops and store was close by and the beach was a few minutes walk down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe the whole time there. The house was amazing and very when we got there. The owner and the rest of the team was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns before and during our stay there. Definitely recommend this place for your next vacation

Great place in Destin!

Katie was such a great property manager! We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar - it is a beautiful, spacious house. It was so nice to have the carriage house for one of our families, too. We used the pool so much! And the location is wonderful - just a short walk down the street and you run into the beautiful beach. We rented a golf cart, too, and used it so much.

Amazing Family Vacation

From the moment we booked we were in touch with the property manager. Communication was great. The home exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our multi family vacation. We would definitely book this property again. The pool and outside area were great. Very quiet neighborhood. We rented a golf cart and used that for commutes to the beach, but it’s an easy walk.

I fell in love with the charming streets lined with white picket fences. The height restriction on beachfront properties makes the beach area less crowded. Easy walk to the beach, Restaurants, playground, book store, coffee shop, and ice cream shops. Bike & walking path runs along scenic 98/ the beach for about 5 miles.
