Designed for families and groups seeking a refined coastal escape, the home blends privacy, comfort, and classic seaside living.

Built in 2023, Thalassofili - Greek for “lover of the sea” - reflects the timeless ideal of life by the water. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers a peaceful setting just minutes from Lewes Beach, the bay, and the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Lewes, while remaining a short drive from nearby boardwalk towns.

Guests enjoy a thoughtfully curated layout with a private pool and pavilion, an epicurean kitchen ideal for entertaining, a movie and game room, and inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces. Perfect for families

The stay was amazing. Everything from booking to the stay was awesome. The house is beautiful and the living spaces are perfect for families traveling together. The location was perfect as well. I highly recommend this home

This was amazing. Clean, well appointed kitchen, great location. My family went in August and enjoyed the pool. Great to have this option at the beach. Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! The host was courteous and great with communication, ensuring that we had everything needed for our stay. The hone has high-end finishes, is impeccably decorated, and meticulously cleaned. You can really see the pride of ownership in this lovely home. The location was perfect for us. It was less than ten minutes drive to the quaint, historic downtown area of Lewes, as well as Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen state park (our favorite).

It's home to the beautiful beaches of Cape Henlopen State Park, and within striking distance of the bustling boardwalk scenes of Rehoboth and Ocean City. Tip: Set aside a day to take the Lewes-Cape May Ferry across the Delaware Bay to idyllic Cape May NJ, the vacation spot for many a US President of the past where gorgeous Victorian homes, shops, restaurants and pristine beaches await.
