This property was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and a good place to relax. The hot tub was definitely a plus after a long day at the parks. Had issues during our stay, but they were resolved.

Good alternative to high cost hotels

A group of colleagues stayed in this place together as an alternative to high hotel costs for a conference. It gave us plenty of space for everyone to have their own room, but provided good space for team building and relaxing.

Fan-tANT-stic Vacation

This property was overall good. Great location. The house was comfortable for our 6 family members. We loved the hot tube at night. It rained so the nights were cool. There was 1 working TV in the house which was in the living room. The only issue we had was that the house had ANTs and lots of them. I believe they are called ghost ants. They were on the kitchen counters so you couldn't leave Nothing out. I brought ant spay and Lysol and constantly had to wipe the kitchen and living room tables down. They were also in the main bathroom. The community was nice. We walked from the property to the community pool. The area was not over crowded but usually only had 1 person working the bar/snack area so you had to be patient during busy times. There was a short walk to Fun Spot which was convenient. The property is close to Disney Parks (within 10 min). We visited Universal Studios which was about a 35 minute drive depending on traffic. Plenty of local food spots.

The place was run down, beds were uncomfortable and squeaked every move you made, pillows were flat had to buy our own pillows, bathrooms mold was found in the fixtures in shower, toilet seats loose or broken, did not flush properly, hole in the wall hidden by chair, tiles on floor in dining room and living area cracked Hot tub was leaking and in very poor condition, standing water in Lani next to the hot tub, resort was pretty nice except for potholes in driveways. I did put a call in to the resort and they said they would bring a maintenance person out but never showed up. Also, beware, we were not told before booking that common essential items that most vacation home provide soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap etc... beyond one night stay were not provided. Also, this place seems close to Universal Studios but with traffic, which is all the time it took 30-45 minutes to get there.

Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und eine gute Ausstattung.Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden, ist aber in Ordnung.
