We stayed for a week in August. House is a manageable walk to the beach and restaurants. Irene told us where we could park for free if we wanted to carry chairs and the umbrella closer. The house had it all: bikes (with helmets and locks), beach gear, quality kitchen ware, comfy beds and sheets. When I wanted to raise the seat on a bike, Irene and Jim came over with an allen wrench! Long Branch is quieter, less crowded than some Jersey beach towns, which we really appreciated. This was a win all around.

This property looked even better (truly) than the great listing pictures. It's backyard was so relaxing, and you could enjoy a sprinkler with kids or just a beverage on the patio at night. It's location (in a lovely residential neighborhood) was 2-8 minutes by car to everything relevant in the area, including Pier Village. The Hosts were the kindest and most helpful, providing recommendations in advance and being available throughout our stay to help us navigate the perfect beach days with no hassle at all. We will be back to the cozy house.
