Emerald Island Diamond

This is a fabulous property on a beautiful gated community. Approx 5 minutes to Walmart and 15 to all the Disney parks. The pool and hot tub are fantastic to relax or play in, and the villa has all the amenities you could need during a stay.

Another wonderful month!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you 'll need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. All the restaurants and stores are very close, but there's no traffic noise at the house. Owner and property manager are very responsive.Home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We look forward to returning next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. We espcially enjoyed the heated pool and whirlpool. The house was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone. In fact we are looking at returning again next year.

Nice 4 bdrm house , not to far from Disney and the other attractions. Heated pool and Hot tub are a must ( extra charge) Great communication with owner .

Property was as advertised - no complaints! Check-in was easy and house was clean and in order. Small issue with the internet, but the property manager reached out to us within minutes of calling and sorted us out.

This villa was perfect for our family holiday. We stayed here for 4 weeks and everything was great. Clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there was even some extras like sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and much more, which we didn’t expect. The pool area was clean, spacious and south facing, which was lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. I do think the mattress in the master bedroom needs updating, as it dipped in the middle. But that is the only thing I would say needs replacing. Everything else was great. The Host, Kenny was friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I would recommend this villa to families and would definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice getaway

The home was very comfortable and spacious for all of us. I would suggest an upgrade to the sofa, which sinks very low, also mattress in the master bedroom. We were there for an extended stay and would stay again. Great location.!

Emerald Island 2023

Very nice property on Emerald Island, a lovely gated community. Near to the Disney parks and hwy 192 as well as a Wallmart. Sputh facing pool and hot tub, lanai for shade. Well equipped villa, couldn't ask for anything more.

Nice location

House seemed clean other than pet air. It said no pet allowed however rugs had dog hair on them. Also we had to complain about the pool being dirty and have them come and clean it. It still seemed dirty in some areas but was useable.

We do not allow pets in the house. The cleaners did a full floor-to-ceiling clean on the house following the guest's stay Management went right out to address the pool not being clean and cleaned it immediately There was some dirt on the bottom and was vacuumed up Management said the guests were happy after that

Excellent location

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If there had to be a negative I would have to say the pool table was poor (I had to buy a cue) and the soccer table looked like it was about to fall apart so we didn’t use it.

The guest never let us know about the pool Ques. We would have replaced it immediately. It has been replaced and the foosball table has been repaired. The guest still gave us a 5 Star review which we greatly appreciate. We try our best to accommodate our guests

Only complaint was the living room couch and love seat need to be upgraded as they are old and no support in the padding. Cleaners need to look underneath the cushions as well !!! Location was great for purposes and all amenities within the resort was good. Communication with home owner was excellent

Overall this was a great stay at a perfect location

The pool and Hot Tub could do with a bit of TLC fully functional but looking a bit drab. The towels need freshening. The pool table was unuasable due to no tips on the cues. The TV had a big line down the screen periodically. Thats enough of the negative things though. Everything else was perfect.

The pool and spa are in good condition,there were some allergy stains on the bottom that were addressed.The TV has been replaced. There has been a new set of towels placed in the house.The pool table is in excellent condition and there were replacement tips in the draw by the pool table for the pool cues. The management stopped by 3 times to make sure everything was to their satisfaction and these issues weren't mentioned once to the manager.If there are any issues at the house the management company responses immediately.After all the guest gave us a 4 out of 5 rating!!

Generally good

Communication effort by the owner was good. There was a problem with pool/hot tub heating which he tried to fix, but at the end not to our satisfaction. Had our stay been longer I think it would have been resolved. Mattresses in the single bedrooms could have been much better. Kitchen stocked well. Complimentary gas grill was great and much appreciated. Unit was very clean. Lots of chairs in the pool area. Probably top 30% of similar units at emerald island
