L'emplacement est la clĂ©! Ce chalet est situĂ© Ă  un demi-pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage et Ă  une rue de la rue principale, Garfield Parkway. Il dispose de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une douche extĂ©rieure. Ce chalet a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© en 2006 et comprend une cuisine moderne et si importante pour une maison d'Ă©tĂ© Ă  la plage de la climatisation centrale Ă  travers. La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils, une table familiale (92 pouces) qui peut accueillir tout le monde confortablement, Le salon a un nouvel Ă©cran plat, avec cĂąble et Internet sans fil dans toute la maison. Profitez des aprĂšs-midis relaxants sur la terrasse arriĂšre de la cour arriĂšre et des soirĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ© tranquilles sur le devant grillagĂ©es dans le porche. 3 chambres ont des lits queen et une chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Les draps (draps, serviettes de bain et de plage) sont inclus du Memorial Day Ă  la semaine de la fĂȘte du Travail. (Veuillez noter que les draps, les serviettes de bain et de plage ne sont pas fournis aprĂšs la semaine de la fĂȘte du Travail jusqu'au week-end avant le Memorial Day). This is the second year we have stayed here over Thanksgiving and love it. The location cannot be beat and is within easy walking distance of all of the amenities within Bethany. It is nice to have off-street parking. While the house is not large the space is used well and is very comfortable for a family.

This cottage is cozy, clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a relaxing and convenient trip to the beach. The interior is nicely renovated and decorated. The location is ideal to walk around town and to the beach. I would definitely recommend it, and would come back another time.

We have stayed at Keith’s property a couple years in a row. Always enjoy the renovated beach old school spot the kitchen as well equipped, easy check-in and plenty of space for family highly recommend.

Charming cottage in a perfect location

Small cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths easily accommodated our 3 generation family. We loved being able to easily walk to the beach and living in the heart of Bethany Beach. Beautiful gardens, ample parking, linens, towels! A hidden gem!

Cozy Cottage in Bethany Beach

Love this wonderful cottage in Bethany Beach. It was the perfect place for enjoying the company of close friends. Perfect screened porch for relaxing and a back deck that looks over beautiful gardens. We have rented this proper for many years and plan to visit again.

Great location

Came in town for a quick golf trip. Perfect location to restaurants and bars. House was very clean upon arrival and owners are quick to respond to any questions. Would rent here again.

Perfect Off Season Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was so cozy and close to the beach and shops. Beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

Quiet and convenient

Perfect Bungalow

Recently had a girls weekend in this adorable house and loved it! The location is perfect and we walked to beach, to restaurants, and the cute shops, loved being that close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed, the layout was great, the beds were comfortable, we will definetly be back!

Amy grew up less than five miles away from Bethany and spent her summers as a beach chair and umbrella girl. I grew up in the mountains of Vermont, but for some reason I loved the beach, so when I came to Washington DC, I had to go to the beach. The beach is where we met, fell in love and plan to spend the rest of our time watching our son Hudson, now 6, become a beach lover like us.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location is everything, park your car at the beginning of your stay and never have to use it again. Just around the corner is the family friendly downtown area of Bethany Beach. Kids will enjoy the ice cream parlors, DB boardwalk fries, putt putt golf, the old fashioned five and dime and Grottos Pizza, all within two blocks from the house. Adults will enjoy the great restaurants and boutique shopping right in town. A ten mile drive in either direction and you'll find water parks, golfing, outlet shopping and other great summer fun activities.
