Ven y quédate en la playa !! Ubicado en la tranquila Sail Bay, a solo 2 minutos a pie del océano y de la concurrida Mission Beach, este es el sur de California en su mejor momento. Mire a los niños jugar en la playa desde el balcón con sus vistas despejadas de la hermosa Bahía de la Bahía.

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, distribuido en 2 plantas, es perfecto para disfrutar en familia y amigos.
En la planta baja, la gran sala de estar tiene puertas correderas que se abren al balcón con su parrilla, mesa y sillas, donde se puede ver a las personas en bicicleta, trotar y caminar por el paseo marítimo. En el agua puedes ver tablas de paddle, kayaks y veleros. Ya sea que tome su café a la luz del sol por la mañana o vea los fuegos artificiales de SeaWorld en una cálida tarde de verano, pasará mucho tiempo aquí.
En la sala de estar, el sofá se despliega para hacer una cama que duerme dos más si es necesario. También hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.
La espaciosa y moderna cocina tiene una mesa con capacidad para 4 personas y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitará.
Arriba, el dormitorio principal, con su propio baño privado completo, ofrece una cama queen, desde donde se puede ver el amanecer en la mañana, y un amplio vestidor.
El segundo dormitorio está al lado de otro baño completo separado y ofrece dos camas individuales y mucho espacio en el armario. Una cama de aire y Pack n Play también están disponibles si desea dormir más de 2 en esta habitación.

Wonderful Family Spot

We really enjoyed beach play on the more mellow bay side. I loved sitting on the patio while the baby napped so I could watch my husband and daughter on the beach, also great for people and boat watching. It was very helpful that the place was equipped a pack and play. We didn't rent a car but found lots of great food spots within walkable distances and loved strolling on both sides of the peninsula. Looking forward to visiting again

Mission Bay

Very nice property but wished we had been told about all the stairs. Bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs. With a heavy suitcase it was a bit hard to carry up all the stairs. Beautiful view and very comfortable once we got in and unpacked

Location. Location. Location.

Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything the listing describes about this property is totally accurate. The inside was warm, inviting and had everything we needed. We felt at home as soon as we walked in and during the whole stay There was four people in our party and we were not disappointed at all! It was very clean and well taken care of too. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen fully stocked too. The location could not have been better and was walking distance to everything! When we booked the unit, John the owner was very quick to respond to our questions. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back here again in the future. We would totally recommend this condo to anyone coming to the San Diego area!

Charged full price without being able to stay. Host showed no empathy.

We were unable to make it since the airline cancelled our flight altogether. We were incredibly disheartened by the lack of understanding from the host who charged us the full stay irregardless and was unwilling to negotiate a different date. Way to punish your guests for something out of their control, lose reputation and future business. Will never book Vrbo again as support was useless in this situation as well. Hotels are showing more empathy and compassion these days; try them instead.

The location is good, the area is nice enough w/ cute places to eat near-by. The condo itself is meh. The kitchen is old & depressing. You will hate the open concept bathroom in the main bedroom- Terrible lighting, low shower pressure and youre freezing when you get out. My biggest issue is safety. I had to request twice for a smoke detector to be installed, only one lock works on the front door, the sliding doors only have the flip locks and w/ the 2nd bedroom sharing a communal balcony, this is a problem for women travelers. Watch out for the bed post in the main bedroom! It sticks out so you hit your leg on it at least 10x.

The property was as advertised with nice views of the bay area. It was busier than we expected, but that was okay for people watching. The area has a lot of transients, but also something we expected. Mission Beach is a charming, old school beach community with a ton of dining options in our area. We liked Guava Beach Bar, but I am sure others were also excellent. Our main complaint was the size of the beds, which for four adults, were smallish. But the rest of the weekend more than made up for that.

Fun location right on the beach (Bay side). The house was comfortable and easy to access. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled. The living room and bedrooms are dated but we didn't come for the decor. The only slight snag was a lot of sand in the closet with the beach gear that unfortunately spilled out everywhere. Hopefully that closet gets cleaned out in between renters as well.

Beautiful, safe and quiet location. Ideal access to bay and ocean. On the surface, things looked clean but doors and light fixtures could use some TLC. No AC, and provided fans weren’t all functioning properly. I wish there were more beach amenities. We were given 4 beach towels but one was bathroom towel. 2 boogie boards were available but one was broken.

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed our time in this condo. Perfect location with the beach just outside the door. Nice cafes and quiet restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. The condo itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Beach Condo

The condo was nicely appointed. Everything worked. It was clean. There were some beach toys. Mission Bay beach was right outside our back veranda. The ocean beach was just 100 yards away on the other side of the peninsula. We ate at 3 fun restaurants also within 100 yards. It's a perfect place for a vacation!

Great stay and great patio spot!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing week. The host and manager went out of their way to return my ring I accidentally left behind at the house. Really appreciate the hospitality and great communication

Great, but no AC

For those that are not from CA and stay during the summer, while they have an AC device on the wall, there is no working AC on the property and rely only on the supplied fans and open windows. Also note that there is laundry, but there is a code to get to that facility and it is coin operated. Otherwise, love how close it is to the beach and overlooking the bay.

We're from England and love California and the west coast. We have a soft spot for San Diego in particular, and when the chance to own a little bit of it for ourselves came up, we jumped at the chance.

It is in a quiet peaceful location, with beautiful views and only 2 minutes walk to many convenience stores, cafes, coffee shops, rental shops, bars, quality restaurants and Mission Beach on the otherside of Mission Blvd.
Walk 10 minutes north and you will get to the Crystal Pier area, which has many more lively bars and great restaurants.
Walk 10 minutes south and you will get to Belmont Park and the famous wooden rollercoaster there, and all the other nearby attactions.
Jump in the car, and SeaWorld, Downtown San Diego, the Old Town, beautiful La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and many many more attractions are close by.
Also Legoland and Disneyland are easily reachable.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the piece and quiet of the bay, the fantastic sunrise in the morning, and just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
Breakfast at the Olive Cafe around the corner never disappoints, and having everything within 2 minutes walk is a great bonus.
Watching the sun go down over on Mission Beach followed by a steak at Saska's across the road, and then walking back for a glass of wine on the balcony makes for a great end to the day.
