Other than the issue with the upstairs neighbors being unruly, the stay was great. I know that is out of your control until you hear about it. The next night was 95% better, still a little bit from young people, I get it, I was young once. Overall the stay was just what we needed, the location is great also.

Jax Beach Gem!

My husband and I had a great weekend at this adorable rental! The bed was comfy; the condo was clean; it was cool, quiet and close to all the best spots including this great rooftop speakeasy, The Living Room at Coop 303 The management was very communicative and everything was exactly as advertised. We will be back!

Place was very clean and adorable. Absolutely perfect location to beach, restaurants..everything!!!

Loved the property, although it is pet friendly, I was worried there was no yard but there is plenty of greenery around and Atlantic beach is 1000% dog friendly. Absolutely loved my stay there. Very clean and the place was perfect for our needs. Thank you Ms. Miller. As Arnold once said, “”I’ll be back!”

We enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We walked to the Beach diner for breakfast every morning. We stayed over July 4th weekend and it was the perfect location it was close enough to engage in the fun and beach fireworks but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful when we went to bed. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely book again.
