Best host I have had direct contact allowed for a seamless check in process and check out. Great list of activities to do around the island as well as excellent food suggestions. Place is clean and comfortable with a excellent view of the beach as well as walking distance to beach.

Building is run down but property is safe. Friendly helpful people everywhere we went. Apt is lovely with everything you need for beach vacation.

A fantastic place to stay

This apartment was awesome and well furnished. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves and waking up sitting out on the balcony over looking rhe ocean. The host was very supportive and wouldnt hesitate to rent from again

The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view is unreal and breathtaking all day long. I spent the majority of time home on the balcony. Pool was great and beach access was perfect. We loved our time there

Excellent place to stay

This place is cute and was very clean when we checked in. It looks just as it does in the photos. It's well located with multiple restaurants and some shops being just a short walk away. The balcony is equipped with multiple comfortable pieces to sit on or lay in and simply relax. The instructions regarding the lock box with the keys to the apartment aren't clear. However, the owner is SUPER responsive and always replied within minutes of me reaching out. They even went so far as to retrieve a couple items I left behind and ship them back to me. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and this space. We hope to return and highly recommend.

Excellent apartment on the 9th floor with a Great view from its balcony on the Beach and the sea. We loved the breakfast on the balcony and the beautiful beaches in Luquilo!We came all the Long way from Germany to experience this caribic Adventure.

Romantic Getaway

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a magical trip. The balcony facing the ocean was so wonderful and we napped in the hammock every day!! It was the perfect place for us!!

Perfect location for beach and food

We LOVED the balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved walking the beach and playing in the waves as well as the the little river that flows into the ocean. There were a lot of gates & keys to figure out how to get in and out, but we did feel very safe the whole time. The pool & hot tub were not open the whole time we were there but there was no sign to explain why. One of the elevators was not functioning, either. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. And we couldn't have asked for a better location!

Beautiful Accommodations!

This place was beautiful! Loved drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the surfers. Location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach, short drive to many attractions!

Property very clean, owner extremely responsive. Vigilant security guard. Common areas could use some attention, as they're were no chairs or tables by pool or decks. Close to the famous kiosks.

The apartment itself was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Wonderful balcony overlooking the water…enjoyed morning coffee every day. Access to beach and ability to walk the beach every morning was wonderful. Only negative- Area leading up to condo complex a little run down.
