The perfect beach view from the balcony, spent each morning watching the sun rise from there. The hammock was an added bonus. Very comfortable unit, clean, full kitchen and washer and dryer in condo very helpful. Love the location, easy walking distance to food and restaurants and the beach. We've stayed at Sandy Hills 4x already, but this was our first time in this unit and would stay here again. Only disappointment was that we could not use the pool the week we stayed here, which was inconvenient seeing Playa Pared is not safe for swimming and had red flag alerts so cooling off in the pool would have come in handy. But we just drove to another of the many beautiful beaches PR has to offer to enjoy getting in the water.

Best host I have had direct contact allowed for a seamless check in process and check out. Great list of activities to do around the island as well as excellent food suggestions. Place is clean and comfortable with a excellent view of the beach as well as walking distance to beach.

A fantastic place to stay

This apartment was awesome and well furnished. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves and waking up sitting out on the balcony over looking rhe ocean. The host was very supportive and wouldnt hesitate to rent from again

Romantic Getaway

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a magical trip. The balcony facing the ocean was so wonderful and we napped in the hammock every day!! It was the perfect place for us!!

Beautiful Accommodations!

This place was beautiful! Loved drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the surfers. Location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach, short drive to many attractions!

We’re only 25 miles from San Juan international Airport .This apartment has been remodelated 5 months ago, everything in this apartment is brand new, in awesome conditions and in a great excellent quality.
