Fortuna’s Explorer Studio combines a relaxed beachfront setting with convenient access to Luquillo’s food, beaches, rainforest, and outdoor experiences. The private porch offers a pleasant place for morning coffee or evening relaxation with palm-tree and sea views. The studio occupies the first floor of a gated two-level property; the second floor is private and may be occupied. Guests have independent access to their studio, porch, outdoor shower, and assigned parking. A rental car provides the greatest flexibility for wider East Coast exploration.

Fortuna’s Explorer Studio is a comfortable coastal retreat for couples or solo travelers who want a practical home base between beach days and East Coast adventures. The open studio includes one queen bed, a full private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, WiFi, a smart Roku TV, and a desk with chair. Its kitchenette supports simple meal preparation with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Step outside to the private porch for palm-tree and sea views, or use the outdoor shower to rinse away sand before returning inside. The property has municipal water supported by a cistern during qualifying interruptions, but it does not have a generator or backup power.

Guests have private access to the first-floor studio and porch, plus use of the outdoor shower and one designated parking space on the right side of the carport. The second-floor residence, balcony, and the other unit’s assigned areas are private and off limits. Confirmed guests receive navigation, gate, lockbox, key, and parking instructions privately before arrival. Access codes and detailed arrival instructions are never included in public-facing content.
