Fantastic Location on the Beach. Great Value in a Premier Resort.
Stay in one of the newest and most well-appointed resort condos in Treasure Island. The South Beach Condominiums are perfectly located along the most beautiful section of Treasure Island beach, and everything at this resort is updated, fresh, and setup for relaxation.
This unique one-bedroom beachfront condo offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway or an extended vacation. The master bedroom features a King size bed and the living room has a pullout sleeper sofa leading out to the beachfront private balcony. The kitchen is fully updated with granite counters and stainless appliances. It comes fully equipped with all the kitchenware you'll need, and the condo has it's own stackable washer/dryer combo. The condo has free high-speed WiFi Internet as well as Cable TV in each room.
Spend the day lounging around the beautifully landscaped grounds in one of the palm tree hung hammocks or splashing in the wonderfully heated pool. The beach and Gulf of Mexico are just outside the elevator doors, and the nearby restaurants are just moments away.
We have stayed on property several years, last two at unit 607. We always have fun in the area. Great location. Awesome view. Desk staff are nice even if not affiliated with unit 607. A little disappointed to not see the pool area or pool water cleaned up daily. Unit 607 is due for a new mattress. Towels were barely adequate for two. We loved having a washer/dryer since we had to do laundry often. Lightbulbs in the kitchen are not correct and put off a lot of heat. Fixture in bathroom needs replaced; bulbs kept going on/off. Love the boardwalk, ping pong table, and other activities on property.
Our stay at unit 607 in the South Beach Condo Hotel was fabulous. The accommodations were exactly as shown in the pictures. The unit was spotless on arrival and everything needed for an at home feel was available and in working condition. Great location on the gulf coast for easy access to any type of activity.
Great place to stay, description of place was spot on. Beautiful views, clean space and recently updated. Would highly recommend, the location is perfect for a nice getaway!
We're east coast people, used to watching the sun rise over the Atlantic on with a cup of coffee on the deck/balcony on our vacations, so the decision to spend a week on the FL gulf coast was hard. But having spent a week watching the sun set with a glass of wine convinced us - this is better. The unit overlooks an expansive beach, but has a pool for those not up to the 150 yard trek to the waters edge. Clean. Well furnished. Quiet. Close to St. Pete but the T-Island restaurants and bars are fine for a week. Recommended.
We have always loved the South Beach condo, we have stayed there several times and love it. I would also like to THANK Jeff for his prompt service of a very minor maintenance issue, he was great.

Vacations in the St. Petersburg area offer abundant outdoor recreation – on and off the water – a lively arts scene, and award-winning restaurants.
Madeira Beach, located west of St. Petersburg is home to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, a fun attraction for all ages. John's Pass, or the Pass to locals, offers top dining and nightlife options, family-friendly attractions, shopping and water sports. While walking the 1,100-foot boardwalk, see alligators at The Alligator Attraction and dolphins playing in the Gulf's waters. Water lovers can parasail, rent jet skis or deep-sea fish to complete their beach vacation. Treasure Island – adjacent to St. Petersburg – is another favorite beach town in Florida. Swim, snorkel, fish, parasail and shell at this hot spot, which was named from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered treasure chests on the beach.
Known as a secret spot for sunsets, Treasure Island's 3 miles of beaches serve as the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico with someone special.
