We love this house because it’s close to many fun things to do like African Safari,The Watering Hole and Zoo the Jet Express and 30 min from Cedar Point! Downtown is about a 2 min drive, 5min drive to the beach and Jet ski rentals! It’s in a peaceful neighborhood! Best Ice cream shop in town just a 3 min walk!

Lovely home for our family as we visited Port Clinton for a CMP event- Clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful, neighborhood was lovely for walking and seeing the town.

Very cute cottage! Lots of touches that made this place great. Coffee station, motion censored night lights, air conditioners in each room, nice backyard with fire pit. Thank you! We will be back if we are in the area!

Spent 4 nights. Visited South Bass, Cedar Point and Kelly’s Island. Had a great time. House is located on quiet street. Could have used a few more wash cloths for bathroom and hand towels for kitchen. Other than that everything was good.

This house was so beautiful and cozy! Two minute walk to a great ice cream shop and 5 minute drive to downtown. Kenneth the host has done a wonderful job with making you feel right at home. The sunroom was a wonderful bonus! It was a great room for us to relax and my toddler to play in. Highly recommend this amazing family home.

The host was on point with everything. Very clean house. Kind enough to leave some things we actually forgot in the cabinet. Clean new towels. A/C was on when we got there making it totally comfortable upon arrival. Too bad we can't leave 20 stars. Thank you for helping make our stay a pleasant, enjoyable, experience. Will definitely be back on our trips to Lake Erie. God Bless

Pros: Great communication with host and seems open to future improvements - Felt safe in quiet neighborhood - close to Jet Express and couple restaurants/bars - Queen bed comfortable- family room comfy for watching TV - Would recommend 20 min drive to Twin Oast Brewing in Catawba. Overall, our stay was "okay" not awful, but also not super great.Cons: Steps up to the door and steps inside the home are steep & narrow and not designed for anyone with mobility or balance issues - bunk beds are for small children, NOT adults, photo was a little misleading - yard & landscaping needs quite a bit of cleanup - 1/2 bath upstairs located in bedroom with queen size bed, not a hallway bathroom and the lights flicker badly if using hairdryer - would also recommend bringing your own kitchen towels.

I’m sorry Kristin, that your stay wasn‘t exceptable for you. As it’s important to me, that all my guests have a 5 star experience at The Sweet Dreams Cottage. On the rare occasion, when my home gets less then a perfect revIew, I take quick action in trying to prevent a reoccurence to future guests. During the past 3 years, there’s been over 200 stays at this home, with many different types of groups, family, fishermen, etc…and only heard a couple times the bunk beds wernt suitable for adults. I also provide A full size futon and a comfy sectional in living room to sleep, but most imprtantly, my mission at The Sweet Dreams Cottage, will always be to provide a clean, safe and private setting to my guests. Thank you again for allowing me to host you and wish you well Krisitin!!!

Such a beautiful home! I really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen with a huge window looking out at a gorgeous yard. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Excellent location for getting to local attractions. Great dining room for sharing family meals. Definitely would stay here again!
