About this property

Farmhouse in a picturesque setting and within fifteen minutes to bethel woods

A great getaway mini resort. Also only 15 minutes from bethel woods concert venue The house is a classic farm house built in 1941 with many nice updates but still has all the character. Hard wood floors and center stairs with wraparound walkway upstairs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put used bedding at the bottom of the beds. Please no eating upstairs.
Leave wet and dirty towels in hamper by the washer/dryer or in upstairs bathroom hamper. If you’d like to start a load of wet or dirty towels, I am sure the cleaning company would appreciate that.
When going in and out of the house, try to keep the screen doors closed to prevent flies and other insects from going into the house. Try to leave toys and games the way you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a pretty spot! The fall weather was incredible and the house was set up for lots of fun. The hot tub and coffee, exploring the town, and hikes kept the time full and fun.
