Enjoyed our stay and found the home to be clean and accomodating for my family. Pet-friendly was appreciated. Parking on the driveway was perfect for our cars. Nice backyard with an interesting enclosed gazebo. Easy access to the 101 Fwy and surrounding resturants, etc. and close to SLO. Try Kiko Peruvian Restaurant & Pisco Bar downtown SLO!

Luis was amazing at communication and getting back to me promptly when I had questions. The house was very clean and such a cute property with so many amenities. Luis really pays attention to detail and make sure that your stay is comfortable and they care about their guests with little things such as the coffee pot , with so many different flavored pods of coffee and hot chocolate and espresso etc.

Perfect for our family of 5 and a yorkie. The seating areas in the back provided ample choices for each of us to spread around and find our "perfect spot" We appreciated the super easy parking and check-in. The paper goods and beach supplies available in the home were much appreciated!!! We would definitely come here again...

This was a fantastic property and absolutely perfect for our daughter’s last night before heading to college! We absolutely loved the morning room outside and our dog loved the outdoor space! Something that is so impossible to capture in a property write-up is the “vibe”. We could feel it the moment we walked in…there was a lot of love in this home and the place felt warm and so inviting. Absolutely perfect! Thank you!

This is my 3rd or 4th stay hosts extremely accommodating, i feel welcome and enjoyed my stay every time. I will continue to go there as long as it is open. To bring my animals makes it the best sealed deal.

We loved the serenity of the backyard and the vibe of the house. It was advertised well, and met our expectations. I was with my parents who are 85, myself 58, my son 29 and two small dogs.

Arroyo Grande property is Grand!

Great location central to all the sites. Beautiful landscaping and a wonderful gazebo in the backyard. The house was spotless and obviously well maintained. Plenty of room for two couples and a toddler
