Enjoy your stay in the city limits of Moab at the sought-after Cottonwoods Townhomes! Single-level, open floor plan with an uncommonly large living area! Comfortable, spacious, clean and homey. Home backs up to open space.

Pet friendly with pre-approval and pet fee of $50 per stay up to two dogs (see pet rules below)...

Five minute drive to Arches National Park...

Close to the fun of Moab's Main Street core, yet located in a quiet area adjacent to the Millcreek Parkway trail. A pleasant 10 minute walk or short bike ride to the wonderful shops and restaurants of Main Street!

After your active outdoor day, relax on the rear patio while taking in the view of the red rocks of the Moab Portal and Rim. A second patio with dining area available off of the living room...sunny for morning coffee, shaded in the afternoon. Plenty of outdoor seating for dining 'al fresco'. Back yard is nicely landscaped, and is private, fenced and gated.

Light a fire in the fire pit on the back patio and enjoy the stars!!

Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Good selection of spices and oils. Outdoor propane gas BBQ grill.

Sleeps six adults comfortably, and up to eight or nine with a King in the master bedroom, Queen in second bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in the third bedroom. There is also a newly purchased and comfortable, upgraded queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, and an over-sized single rollaway bed if needed.

On Site Year Round Indoor Swimming Pool adjacent to a grassy lawn...located a few doors away. Sorry, no common area hot tub.

We have owned this condo for about 8 years, having it in a vacation property rental pool. We have recently taken it over to manage this on our own. The listing has been re-activated, which is why there are older reviews on it.

We take great pride in this property, and love to visit Moab every chance we get! We would love to share it with you! Deal with me directly as the owner.

PET RULES: $50 pet fee total up to two pets per stay. Please, no pets on furniture. Please do not lock dog unattended in home unless contained in a portable kennel. All dog waste must be picked up and properly disposed of in trash, or $100 fee will be assessed. Please do not throw pet waste over the back fence!

Why The Owner chose Moab

We really enjoy the quiet location off the main drag, but close to all the action when we want it! We love to walk or bike to Main Street along the Millcreek Parkway which is adjacent to the property. There is a stream alongside the Parkway trail, and my kids have loved looking for frogs and crawdads along the way.

What makes this townhome unique

Enjoy relaxing on the outdoor patios while taking in views of the Moab Portal and Rim. Quiet location! I love sleeping with the windows open in the spring and waking up to the birds chattering in the morning. Early birds can get out and walk the Millcreek Parkway or explore the nearby Scott Matheson Wetlands while others sleep! With this location, no one will feel 'stranded'. The Kane Creek road is of my favorite early morning bike rides.

Calendar is regularly updated... GARBAGE - container is located in wooden enclosure behind gate. Trash goes out Wednesday evening for early Thursday pick up. Our manager will take care of putting out trash and bringing it back in after pick up. RECYCLING - Sorry, we do not offer recycling pick up at the condo, but the city of Moab LOVES recycling!. There is a large recycling facility at 1000 Sand Flats Road (on way to Slickrock Bike Trail). Check for more information. There is a small collection facility for a few items located behind the Moab Visitor Center (south side of parking lot).

Fabulous home in Moab, UT

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was a beautiful, tasteful, comfortable space that was perfect for our family of 5 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog. The wonderful open living, dining, kitchen space allowed all of us to be together during meal prep, dining and just hanging out. This kitchen is the best stocked one of all the VRBOs at which I've stayed. The hosts have thought all sorts of things that are great to have on a vacation in a place like Moab - from a bike rack in the garage to tons of movie choices to games to rags that can be used when coming in from hiking or biking. Their attention to detail was so helpful and made our stay that much more pleasant. Everything was very clean and super comfortable. I can't wait to go back!

Clean place with lots of room inside.

Trailer parking is tight, but doable. Beds are very comfortable, lots of couch space, and access to town is excellent.

This town home looks exactly like the photos online. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Our six-week-stay was a real pleasure. And it was great to be so close to town. When minor problems cropped up, Margo was incredibly responsive. She was wonderful to work with. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Margo was wonderful and provided details about property in advance. The condo is close to town and the walk was easy. Very clean and well stocked. The only bad part was leaving. We plan to rent this property again!
