Close to the fun of Moab's Main Street core, yet located in a quiet area adjacent to the Millcreek Parkway trail. A pleasant walk or short bike ride to the wonderful shops and restaurants of Main Street!

After your active outdoor day, relax on the rear patio while taking in the view of the red rocks of the Moab Portal and Rim. A second patio with dining area available off of the living room...sunny for morning coffee, shaded in the afternoon. Plenty of outdoor seating for dining 'al fresco'. Back yard is nicely landscaped, and is private, fenced and gated.

Light a fire in the fire pit on the back patio and enjoy the stars!!

Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Good selection of spices and oils. Outdoor gas BBQ grill.

Sleeps six adults comfortably, and up to eight or nine with a King in the master bedroom, Queen in another, and 2 Twin beds in the third bedroom. There is also a newly purchased and comfortable, upgraded queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, and an over-sized single rollaway bed if needed.

On Site Year Round Indoor Swimming Pool adjacent to a grassy lawn...located a few doors away.

Why Margo Fenton chose Utah

We really enjoy the quiet location off the main drag, but close to all the action when we want it! We love to walk or bike to Main Street along the Millcreek Parkway which is adjacent to the property.

What makes this townhome unique

Enjoy relaxing on the outdoor patios while taking in views of the Moab Portal and Rim. Quiet location! I love sleeping with the windows open in the spring and waking up to the birds chattering in the morning. Early birds can get out and walk the Millcreek Parkway or explore the nearby Scott Matheson Wetlands while others sleep! With this location, no one will feel 'stranded'. The Kane Creek road is nearby...one of my favorite early morning bike rides.

Moab fun

Cottonwoods

We rented this unit and two others in the Cottonwoods and they were all quite nice. Spacious and clean. Convienently located close to town. Kids loved the pool, even though it was inside. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Moab if you want some space and to handle your own meals.

Great Moab Getaway

We had such a great vacation at this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome in Moab.

Sparkling clean and thoughtfully appointed, the location was an easy two block walk to the Main Street of Moab. The owner has provided wonderful extra touches that made staying at the property like being in your own home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, the outdoor patio and backyard have lovely seating areas with comfy cushions, laundry room has extras such as cleaning rags and plenty of storage for extra groceries, the garage even has a bike repair stand so you can easily check your tires & bike chain. We can't wait to come back!!

A Gem of a Place !!!

This is the place to stay when visiting Moab!! Walking distance to town, clean, spacious and loaded with everything you need for your stay...My girlfriends and I visited Moab for a long weekend and stayed here. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, the living room has enough room for everybody to hang out together, and there is plenty of seating for meals. There are plenty of linens, dishes for cooking, and a nice warm fireplace for those chilly nights. There is a large grassy backyard with a seating area and a BBQ. It is such a gem of a place- I highly recommend staying here!
