Great way to spend Thanksgiving!

Loved this spacious home that accommodated our family for Thanksgiving. It’s beautiful, pool table, and hot tub were a delight! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home

This property was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. It was clean and is very well kept. Well stocked, nice furniture, beautiful home! We would definitely stay there again.

Bear Lake Getaway

This house was wonderful. The property slept us all (17) perfectly! The amenities with Ideal Beach included was so much fun. Bear Lake is growing massively and it’s a wonderful getaway in such a beautiful part of Utah!

Great place overall minus a few things

Pros: Our stay was great and the house was very accommodating to our needs and a short drive to Beaver Mountain. Great view of Bear Lake from the deck. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very cozy, the furniture was new and very comfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We did not have to do a ton of work when checking out, like some rentals. The bathrooms were orderly and very clean. Cons: The cookware could be improved upon. There were only a few pans and pots and they were very worn out. Cutlery seemed to be ok. The outdoor grill was very greasy and dirty with build up and the propane tank was practically empty, so we could not grill out. The hot tub was nice, chlorinated properly but the water needed to be changed. The water was very foamy, once the bubbles were turned on. The pool table had dead rails, not level and there was only one usable pool cue with a tip. If you are a pool player, this is not an ideal table, more like a table for kids to play on. Chairs and/or a bar table by the pool table would be ideal, since it was standing room only up there.

Thank you for your honest review. We have addressed your concerns and are getting new pots and pans, new pool cues and re-leveled the pool table. We are adding a table and chairs up there as well-thank you for the suggestion. We will do better at making sure the BBQ is clean and ready for each guest and that there are extra propane tanks from now on at the property. Hot tubs can be tricky, but we will keep working at always trying to have them clean and ready for every guest. Thank you again for staying with us and for the valuable feedback.
