We had a wonderful time staying here. Walking distance to family and a great A/C. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Family stay

Nice large space, new carpet and comfy beds with new bedding but needs heavier blankets during the winter. House is definitely a work in progress but will be great rental when all completed. Good stay if your looking for a warm bed and shower.

Potential

It’s a nice place, very spacious but needs some fine tuning! Ex: fix smoke alarm so doesn’t beep, kitchen needs- cooking utensils , fry pan, towels etc. Bathroom light above vanity doesn’t work. Smells like cat pee when you walk in the door. Tear out the carpets-they hold a lot of filth. Lots of teenagers congregating in driveway and on sidewalks and racing up and down streets in Noisy loud cars late in the evening.

Why is hottub in the name if there’s no hottub to use?

Property was listed as “spacious home with hot tub and large deck”. The hot tub did not work when i arrived and had to ask to get it going and only had it working for 2 days. Not to mention we had to get the hottub working by buying the filters, chemicals and filling the hottub . When we arrived at 5 pm to the house the smart thermostat was set to 55 degrees and did not get to 70 till 9 pm. There was also not a single pot or pan in the kitchen to cook with. But it was a nice home just did not need the added bs
