CLEAN and NEWLY Renovated! Relaxed and Fun Decor. 2B/2B with W/D

Come see for yourselves how relaxing your beach vacation can be with accommodations that are fun and carefree. Whether you enjoy your 'fun in the sun' on the sugary white beaches or just swimming in the pool, creating fun memories in a relaxing atmosphere is crucial. Everything is included and our condo is centrally located so everything is convenient.

We have recently renovated the entire condo (2021) using the beautiful beachy colors of blues, greens and sand. Our unit has 2 bedrooms with large closets and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. TV's in both bedrooms. There is a full bath off the Master. Second bath with walk-in shower off the hallway.

The newly renovated kitchen has new kitchen cabinets and silestone counter tops. It is fully equipped including a drip coffee pot, toaster, mixer and blender. Just bring your own snacks, drinks, and groceries and you'll be all set. If you like to cook, it's always fun to grill fish or shrimp on the outdoor electric grill.

Our unit is located in the middle of the complex facing the pool. You are just a few steps to the beach and to the lagoon where kids (adults too) enjoy feeding the ducks. Covered parking is available for 1 car. We are allowed 1 extra parking space as well.

We are located 3 miles east of the Boardwalk and Casino Beach area, where there is shopping, nightly activities and several great restaurants. During the summer a trolley is available for your enjoyment and ease of travel.

Our home away from home offers you that opportunity to relax and really enjoy your vacation. We are geared up for kids with cards, board games, and puzzles. Floats, chairs and a beach umbrella as well. With two TV's and DVD players, everyone can be happy. Wi-Fi is available also.

There is lots to do in Pensacola from shopping to site seeing, to visiting the Old Fort Pickens and the National Seashore and the like. There is Free Stargazing Event some weekends, and at least one concert each week. And of course, a must see is a visit to The Museum of Naval Aviation at the Naval Air Station. Visitors can watch the Blue Angles practice on some Wednesdays. A visitor's center is conveniently located on the beach as well as on the main land just before crossing the 3 Mile bridge to Gulf Breeze. A Publix and Market Walmart groceries are located in Gulf Breeze just before going over the 2nd bridge to the beach.

A Washer and Dryer is available in the Unit.

My family stayed at this condo while visiting our son who is stationed in Pensacola, and it could not have been a better fit for us. We were traveling with our three year old and wanted something close to the beach in a safe and convenient area, and this place checked every box.One of the biggest highlights was the fully stocked kitchen. We get tired of eating out, and my kids, especially my airman, always appreciate a home cooked meal. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the cookware was high quality, not the usual cheap pans you sometimes find in rentals, which made cooking so much easier.Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus, especially with a toddler and all the beach trips. The condo itself was extremely clean and well kept, and you can truly tell it is someone’s home away from home.Beach access was incredibly convenient, just about 100 yards away. It made it so easy to go back and forth, whether we needed to grab lunch, cool off, or head back out for more beach time with the family.There are also plenty of restaurants just a short 10 minute drive away, so you have lots of options when you do want to go out.The beds were very comfortable, and one of the rooms had blackout curtains, which was a huge plus. The bathrooms were a great size, and everything in the condo felt updated and thoughtfully maintained.We will absolutely be staying here again. What a wonderful location and space! This unit offered everything you could ask for. Comfortable space with enough room for our family of 6 to stretch out. STEPS from the POOL AND THE BEACH! Beautiful Beach Stay

My sisters and I (60+) enjoyed a short stay to visit and soak up our fav beach in Florida! The condo is beautifully renovated with beachy decor, awesome appliances and comfy beds. We managed the stairs just fine along with a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and we hope to return and stay longer!

Ms. Moshell was amazing! This condo was beautifully decorated and neat and clean. Had every amenity a family could possibly want! The walk to the beach was totally awesome. Everyone in Pensacola was so nice! Glow paddle and blue angel dolphin tour a must! We didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend!!

The place was the perfect size for our family of 6. There was plenty of sleeping room and two bathrooms were perfect. It was very clean and quiet since it’s on the top floor. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is also amazing. The nice part about being on this part of the beach is that it’s not nearly as busy as it is around the pier area. Our children rated it as their favorite vacation ever. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Pensacola.

The condo exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at several beach properties in the past but Sheron’s place was the best ! I have to give compliments to the cleaning staff I have never had a rental home be as clean as I do my own. This was amazing especially at a beach location . This condo was perfect for my family! Very short walk to the beach and it was a very quiet community. The beach wasn’t crowded either since it was a couple of miles from the more touristy area. The listing was exactly as it is posted. The owners are very nice and responded very quickly! My kids, my husband, and myself all had a blast and would definitely choose to rent this condo out again in the future!

The property was great and had everything we needed. The showers were full of presssure and hot water. The downside is that its on the 2nd floor and no elevator so navagating a 2 year old and a husband with a bad knee was tricky.

While we now live in Atlanta, we always enjoy coming back home to Pensacola where we grew up. We have wonderful memories as kids going to the beach with our parents. I even remember grandma bringing the coffee pot. Pensacola holds a special place in our heart as we still have family there. We want to continue making memories with our kids and future grandkids.

Why they chose this property

This condo has been in the family since 1986. My dad, while living in Pensacola, bought this beach condo to ensure his children and grandchildren would always come back and visit. Who can pass up a stay at the beach? Many wonderful memories have been made here over the years. That's what family and fun are all about, enjoying time spent together. We want to continue the tradition with our family as well.

What makes this property unique

What we enjoy most is the relaxing atmosphere here at the condo. There is so much flexability. We can shop, go to the beach, read, take a nap or just have some fun in the sun or swim at the pool. There is something to do for everyone. And of course eating out at all the great seafood restaurants is one of our favorite pastimes especially since the free trolley runs during the summer. You don't even have to worry about driving down to the Boardwalk. We always enjoy visiting the Beach Community Church as well. What wonderful and welcoming folks they are.
