The host was very easy to communicate with. The view from the living area and master bedroom were spectacular! It was a very good location, close to shopping and a good location to explore the surrounding area.

This is our second time staying at this isolation. We love the water view and great location to get to our hometown Bath , Brunswick and other local place we like to visit. We like having laundry, washer and dryer. It is quiet and peaceful place.

The house was clean and well appointed, but we were given the wrong access code. A cleaning lady helped us. We had two hot nights when the window AC units were insufficient. Yue offered to bring a new one, but then the weather cooled off.

The setting on the water was beautiful. The check in process was inefficient--we never received the code for the house so our check-in was significantly delayed. We did receive a bottle of wine for our inconvenience which was nice. The house was roomy for the 6 of us, Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was only parking for 2 cars and we needed 3, so we parked on behind each other. The house needed some updates and routine maintenance--painting, broken blinds, broken curtain rods, holes in the walls--that type of thing.

We loved watching the sunrises, birds and ducks. The eagle’s nest across the cove was a special treat. The host was very responsive and addressed issues quickly. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable; hot water pressure excellent. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so I don’t recommend it for folks with mobility issues. The numerous nature preserves were fun to visit. Hoping to return next year. The tenant we met from the year round section of the property was friendly and helpful.

Sojourn in Harpswell

It has a perfect location for us, easy parking, exceptional views, helpful kitchen supplies. The best part was eating outside while watching the water scene, including the lobster boats.

Lovely view. The house could use a little upkeep. The blinds are falling down in a few rooms, and a few other minor items but overall it works well for a family and a few little dogs.
