House is situated in Cedar Oaks Mesa which is a short walk or drive to the river. You will have access to two water parks where you can spend the day. Wimberley Market Days are the first weekend of the month with over 500 vendors.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our bachelorette trip! The house was a great size, and even with our group, we never felt like we were on top of each other.Susan was amazing!! She was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We really appreciated how well-stocked the house was. It had everything we could have possibly needed, which truly made it feel like a home away from home.The town of Wimberley is absolutely charming, with wonderful shops and great places to eat. We also loved having access to the Blanco River—it was such a fun bonus!Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Wimberley!

This little spot was sooo perfect, it was adorable on the outside and gorgeous on the inside, the overall quality was impeccable. Me my husband and 4 kids ranging from 12 to 1yrs old stayed and it was plenty of space cozy and just relaxing and the house had everythingif not more we might have needed. As for the proximity from the house to the shops was 5 mins or so it was so close to almost everything! Susan was absolutely wonderful she answered all my questions and responded immediately. If anyone is looking for a vacation spot this is definitely the place.

Girls Trip!

It was the most relaxing trip! The house is so close to the river and all the Wimberley shops. It was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owner was helpful and quick to reply if I had any question or needed help. I would definitely book a trip here again!

Cozy home in the hill country

This is a spacious comfortable home that is well-equipped, well-maintained, and well-managed. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. The perks and gear around the house show that the owners have stayed here and thought through what you need to be comfortable.

What a great way to celebrate the 4th of July! Our host was so friendly and very responsive. The property was perfect! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. From the toys for the kids, extra chairs for the river, to the spatula needed to make pancakes; we had everything we needed. This newly built property is in the perfect location from all the happenings in beautiful Wimberley, a.k.a., A Little Piece of Heaven! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

Our experience with this host was completely positive. Charming little house with plenty of room for our party of five. Susan was easy to reach for questions and always pleasant. We had a mishap before our travel date where we thought we were going to have to cancel, and she could not have been more accommodating in helping us navigate options. I have never had a host give such personal attention, and it was greatly appreciated! The house comes with keys to two different private areas of the river, one shallow and perfect for sitting on a float or beach chair and watching the river current flow over the rocks. The other area is deeper for floating. We have stayed in houses every summer for several years, and this park area is our absolute favorite.

Enjoy fun filled days at the river with water park access.

Why they chose this property

Located just blocks from the Blanco River, a new farmhouse build that is a short drive or walk to the river. A welcoming porch greets guests offering the perfect setting to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the deer! Enter into an open floor plan that offers a beautiful new kitchen where everyone can hang out together. With an open room concept, guests will find a well established kitchen offering, stainless steel appliances to include a stove, full fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space with all the necessities needed to prepare family favorites.

With a bit of hill country charm, the living space offers a comfortable sofa. Guests will find this space offers a fully stocked kitchen, game closet, smart tv to watch a movie on their favorite Netflix or other App. Sleep soundly in one of the three inviting bedrooms, hosting a king, queen, and full over twin bunk bed, soft linens, pops of color, and plenty of natural light. Looking for an outing for the day? Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon on the water. Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater and rock out at a concert! Explore New Braunfels and Gruene and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music. A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun. Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park. Visit the over 240 shops at the San Marcos Outlet for an endless day of shopping.
