Your poor review comes as a surprise. No guests with large families have never said the rooms are small & can't host more than 8 people. Most of the condo's reviews state how spacious it is. The condo can sleep up to 8 people on mattress beds. any additional guests can sleep on the queen sofa bed in the living room or on any of the 2 inflatable air beds I provide in one of the closets. About the small issue. I personally went to the condo to change the battery of the room's light/fan remote. While there, I asked if there was anything else that needed attention. I sent a tech to check one of the TV's / Cable remote & gave the order to have it working properly or replaced. I also cleaned the dehumidifier's filter before leaving. All these were taken care of in 15mins. I made sure your stay was not interrupted with any condo needs so you could enjoy your beach vacation yet I couldn't get you to give a better review.

The condo has 8 large towels (4 in each bathroom), 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for all guests. The basic rental rate is for up to 8 people. Stating that you didn't have not enough towels only confirms that you had more than 8 guests stay in the condo. Your reservation listed 2 guests, you were reminded through VRBO to let me know if the number of guests changed before check-in but no changes were requested on your behalf. I would have provided you with additional towels if you would of been transparent about how many guests were staying with you. This is why there's an additional guest fee after 8 guests so that the proper amount of towels, blankets, sofa bed sheets etc. are available for your stay. About the toilet paper, you must bring your own if you plan on staying several days, each bathroom has a complimentary toilet roll so that you can go buy more. This is stated in the rental agreement in addition to all the other complimentary items we provide like hand paper towels, dish soap, hand soap etc. Those rolls would of been enough for the 2 guests in the reservation but you had more than 8 so of course it wasn't enough for your 1 night stay. You would not be leaving us this unjust review If you would of read your rental agreement, especially after having unauthorized guests so that you didn't have to pay the additional fee. So hard to find integrity now a days.

It's during these low season months that we repair and replace the condo. It's in these months that we lower the rental rate 75% from $449 down to $99-$149 because we understand that it is not fair for our guests. The dishwasher was ordered and will be replaced before Thanksgiving. The TVs input mode was changes to view the smart apps by the previous renter and the cable box power was off, as I explained to you over the phone these are things that can happen but I'm glad our maintenance crew was able to get them ruining for you in less than 15min. I apologize for the 3rd tv not running due to the original remote not being available for maintenance to change the input. When I called you to arrange me dropping by to provide the missing remote, you bluntly cut me off and said the front office had taken care of it already. About the paint retouches of scratches due to wear and tear of the high season, Oct-Nov are the months we do these repairs between renter's dates when the condo is available to enter. I would love for you to visit us again during high peak season so that you can enjoy the condo when it's completely repainted, repaired and fully updated for summer enjoyment. Again, we hope the $99 a night fee makes up for the touchups and replacements the property is in need after the high season.
