Why Mark Galasso chose Chincoteague Island

My wife and I spent some of our teenage years camping and fishing in the Chincoteague area. We love the relaxing atmosphere. And still get away to there as often as possible.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the spring and fall. Long walks on the beach. Birdwatching and fishing. Visiting the local restaurants and enjoying some of the best seafood around. You literally can walk to some of them from the house. After a good walk we enjoy visiting the Island Creamery, a local Ice Cream Parlor right around the corner.

Very cozy

Nice little house. We enjoyed our stay! We suggest a DVD player in the game room for kids instead of the master bedroom?

Return to Chincoteague after being away for 15 years. A House that welcomed us back.

The house felt so cozy and we immediately made ourselves at home. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Great location for walking to downtown shopping and restaurants. The owners are so friendly.

We found out they do fishing charters so we came home with a cooler of fish filets. Really nice people.

Our trip was a reunion with some friends we had't seen in a long time so many hours around the kitchen table telling stories. If you like an older home with lots of character, this is the one for you. Beds were comfortable and the shower was Fantastic! We hope we can return next year.
