It was a great place to stay for the week. They even have extra stuff like a crib, highchair. Even though we did not need it it was great to see they have the extra stuff for families with small children. We were very close to Walmart, and plenty of restaurants. If you are a softball family like us it was close to the fields and only about 20 minutes to the beach

Rarely do you find a rental property that is exactly what you are led to believe you'll be getting. This was not the case for us this weekend. The condo is huge! And the host are amazing people who go above and beyond for their renters! I could not have asked for better

Soccer tournament

I would suggest this place to anyone who is going to a sports tournament with family or simple wants to go shopping at the outlet mall while enjoying good see food. Very relaxing precious place.

Great property

This property was exactly as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town to visit family, but we were close enough to everything that we were able to drive to the beach in about 25 minutes and spend a few hours. The kids enjoyed the pool. The property was very well stocked with coffee and cooking essentials and plenty of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper etc.).

Why they chose this property

We love the Park Avenue neighborhood because it is safe, quiet, and close to EVERYTHING! It's a great spot to be with friends and family.

What makes this property unique

We set up our condo to be welcoming to solo travelers, families with kids, and small groups of friends. As a family with children, we know how hard it can be to pack all of their gear. That's why we include a pack-n-play, kids' inflatable mattress and sheet set, and a high chair with our unit. You'll also find a couple beach chairs and towels in case you want to hit the beach.

Our unit is on the second floor and is accessible by a single set of stairs. There are no elevators in our condo complex.
