Our stay at riverfront was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean, the deck was perfect and the host was communicative. We would definitely visit again.

Everything was good.i would just make others aware that it's by railroad tracks and train does go by horns are loud but they do have ear plugs for that. But we enjoyed our stay the river was peaceful and stars are bright in evening.

Great property!! The town is very quiet but you’re still within 30 min of Duluth and cloquet. The river is beautiful and the cabin is very cozy and clean. The host was very easy to communicate with. We were able to bring our dog and that made it even better!! Highly recommend!

Exactly what you think but more! The deck over the river anytime of day, sitting by the fire and the sounds of the trains. The peace and quiet was refreshing ;)

Had a great time staying at the cabin!!! Only a couple of things that I can suggest. One would be a solar light by the outhouse. The other is, as three older woman we were unable to get down to the river safely as there are no handrails on the steps. Otherwise, pretty perfect! Thank you so much

Thank you so much for staying with us! We’re so glad you had a great time at the cabin and enjoyed your stay. It was wonderful speaking with you, and we were happy we could accommodate your request to extend your stay another night. Thank you also for the suggestion about adding a solar light near the outhouse — that is something we can certainly look into! Regarding the steps to the river, we completely understand your concern. Because this is a natural riverfront property, the river level can fluctuate dramatically and, at times, can rise more than 10 feet in a very short period of time. Unfortunately, that makes installing a permanent handrail along the river access difficult, as it could be damaged or become unsafe during high-water conditions. We will continue looking for ways to make the river access as safe and user-friendly as possible while still accommodating those changing water levels. We truly enjoyed having you and are so happy to hear that everything else was “pretty perfect!” Thank you again for staying with us!

Rustic Cabin

We had an amazing stay at the rustic cabin! It was very cozy and had everything we needed! It was so peaceful by the river and the cabin was away from traffic and excess people which was so nice!

Absolutely stunning

My husband and i enjoyed out peaceful and quiet stay here! It was amazing, the view was phenominal, the wild life was active and so fun to be around. I would definitely stay here again.

Great get-a-way

This is a very quiet, private cabin away from all the hustle and bustle of normal life. We enjoyed all the property offers, including great views and evenings around a fire.

Perfect bday

We stayed for 2 nights, loved being outdoors around the fire, as well as on the deck overlooking the river. Cabin is nice, clean, well-stocked and I was especially impressed with the abundance of firewood and stars in the sky. I'd do this one again!

The cozy cabin exceeded our expectations, offering a more comfortable stay than a hotel. We felt right at home during our stay, and the deck's breathtaking view with surrounding lights was incredible. We're already planning our next visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Family friendly

We had a great stay the Rustic Cottage. We have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and the place was very family friendly. Our 2 year old loved playing outside and we all enjoyed the deck. Having littles, the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We will definitely be back again!
