Cozy apartment in an older building with beautiful sea and Old Town views. It offers air-conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Sleeps 4 comfortably, with an extendable sofa for up to 6 guests. Peaceful location near a market, restaurants and public parking, just 10 min walk from the small beach. Please note there are stairs from the parking area to the apartment.

I grew up in the northernmost city of Montenegro - Pljevlja, so my special wish was to have an apartment in the southernmost city of Montenegro - Ulcinj. I like learning new languages and reading books. I also love watching movies and sports and try to keep myself very active.
My property is just 7-8 minutes far from the beach by walk and you will have the entire place to yourself. The whole apartment has been renovated, new things have been added.
I live in the capital city of Montenegro, Podgorica.
