No matter what sort of getaway your looking for - this house has it! Game room with game table and an assortment of games, arcade game, 65" smart TV, dart board, and wet bar. The house has large upper and lower decks with a built in 6 person hot tub on upper deck. The decks overlook the fishing pond at Racoon Springs with its wrap around walking track, swingsets, basketball goal and 6 covered pavilions with grills and tables for outdoor dining. Master bath has large Jacuzzi tub with inline heater - as long as you have jets running, the water will stay warm while you watching your favorite show on the TV. The house has two master bedrooms with king size beds and two bedrooms with two sets of full over full bunkbeds on the third floor of the house. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with smart TVs, and we offer excellent wifi. The house is conveniently located just off of the town square and only 13 minutes from the Buffalo river.

We loved this rental. It was easy to find and accommodated our family. The large table was great for meals and games, lots of implements to use for cooking (but we always travel with our faves, lol), and overlooks a lovely pond w a walking path and playthings for children. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated timely as well. We would stay here again.

We had a great time! The park behind the house is beautiful scenery with a fun place for the kids to play and fish! The upper deck was our favorite part. Comfy furniture to relax on and a nice hot tub!

Pros: The house is clean and cute. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of bathroom essentials provided. The arcade room is neat and the living room is comfortable.Not far from local businesses and a 20 min drive to nice trails at the Buffalo River.Cons: House has gone past needing TLC and into major repair needs. Couldn't use 2nd story shower as it leaked into the middle of the living room/dining area on 1st floor. The flooring is coming up in several places causing trip hazards and some vents are starting come out of the ceiling. Zero privacy!! Raccoon Springs Pond is a highly used city pond 50 yards from the back porch. People have created dirt paths from surrounding properties to drive down to the pond and will park randomly at night with headlights pointed at the back porch and deck.The front french doors have no curtains or blinds and is maybe 20 yards from the main road so everyone driving by can see the living room/dining room/kitchen/master bedroom and that also includes the random people walking down the street carrying a bag of their belongings, yelling random words as they talk to themselves.The hot tub is also easily visible from the park and roadway.Not worth the extra paid versus other VRBO and AirB&B properties of the same size in the area.

Fun times

We really enjoyed this home and the location was close to the Buffalo River. Nice city park out back with swings and play structures for the kids and a walking path. The home is older with some creaky floors, but so fun!! We loved the games and dart board. Thanks Gwen!!
