Esta es una casa de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños con 2 terrazas muy grandes con vista al océano. En el primer piso de la casa encontrará los 3 dormitorios. El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama queen size y sus propias puertas que conducen a la terraza. El dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama queen size y un baño completo que también mira hacia el océano. El dormitorio 3 tiene 2 juegos de literas gemelas / gemelas. También hay otro baño completo en este piso.


En el segundo nivel de la casa encontrará una sala de estar grande, abierta y muy cómoda. La mejor parte son todas las puertas que conducen a la segunda cubierta y ofrecen magníficas vistas desde cualquier lugar de la habitación. Hay una sala de estar con muchos libros para leer, un comedor con capacidad para 8 personas y un bar en la cocina con capacidad para 4 personas adicionales. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos esenciales para cocinar.

This was a great house for my family for a well needed get away!! The house was in a perfect location with amazing views. We especially liked that it was off the main road, so it was a very quiet neighborhood and the beach was slow with minimal people. The home was very clean and the host was fantastic with communication. Definitely good value for your money!

We loved the views from the porches. The beach was right in front of us. The house was great for our needs. We had so much privacy and a lot of beach area to play with our two large dogs. Being able to open all the doors made it feel like bringing the ocean inside and we spent a lot of time with all the doors open. This house was amazing.

This property was right on the beach at Port St. Joe/Indian Pass. We absolutely loved the convenience of the property being beachfront, Brian and his team were on it from the beginning, even weeks before check-in. Check in and check out was smooth! The beach itself was pretty empty, which is not a bad thing, it just made it feel like we rented the entire beach area. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, and at least 3 coffee makers :D linens were also fresh and provided, and a starter kit was also provided at the beginning of our stay. We also used the credit provided to enhance our stay and we were able to request some fun things to use at the beach. These items were already available and delivered before we even arrived at the property. We only had 2 issues during our stay: one was the lovebug and fly infestation - but this was a Florida issue, not a property issue - as other beaches like Cape San Blas had it worse when we visited. Only suggestion is to bring some peppermint and/or lemongrass bug spray. This can be bought at CVS (as we did). The other one has been mentioned in previous reviews, but the property was a *tad* dusty when we arrived. It was not a whole issue, as they have a vacuum at the property, but we did do a couple of passes throughout the week. Overall, our stay was memorable and we would stay again at this property or any property that Brian and his team have. Thank you for sharing this property w/ us!

Turtle Watch was perfect for our family

Turtle Watch is the perfect beach house. There are a few little things that need repair, but overall in great condition. We loved being on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the big dining room table. There was enough space for our puzzle and for eating. Beds were comfortable and the porch outside was so nice. We would stay here again.

Wonderful beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Turtle Watch many times through the years due to the upper deck off the living space. It is an upside-down house with the bedrooms on the 2nd level and the living space, fabulous deck on the 3rd level. We LOVE the deck - it is covered, we get a good breeze from the gulf, good view of the gulf, and very good deck furniture for eating and relaxing. The kitchen has lots of dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils. The towels and bedding are good quality. The master bed could be a little less rocking when the other person is moving in sleep, but it still was comfy. Hubs said the bedroom TVs didn't work, but I didn't find it a problem since the greatroom TV worked. Not here to watch TV. Overall a wonderful place to stay at the beach, which is why we keep coming back to this property.

Beautiful views, low key, away from everything. Just what we look for in a Vacation at the beach. Tarpon, red fish , manatee, fresh shrimp from the beach ,a passing bear now and again and great neighbors. What more can you ask for.

Superb!

The place was nice and the location was too! The staff at the rental management firm was expedient and understanding. The stairs were a lot of up and down but that’s to be expected in a beachfront home due to threats from storm surge. We fished and played in the surf and enjoyed all of it. It’s not far from the state park and Indian pass isn’t too far away either. PSJ is right up the road so anything you could need is there. There were four bunk beds and two queen or full size beds, I think they were queens. I’m ready to go back!

It is unfortunate that not only did you not fully enjoy your vacation but, you didn't allow us to try to make it better for you. We responded to the need for the AC to be fixed (homes do have things that give out from time to time) but we weren't informed of the other issues we could have made right. We hope you will consider another visit to our sugar sand beaches here at the Cape! We have many beautiful homes to suit many budgets; let us help you find yours.

Amazing beachfront views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfectly clean and smelled fresh. The views from all the windows in the living space especially were spectacular. We loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach from the house. Being able to bring our pup with us was a huge benefit. He settled right in to the house and loved the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed - I actually have never seen a rental with so many dishes, glasses and mugs! The bed was comfortable. The towels were thick and plush! I would stay in this unit again.

Spectacular views

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at Turtle Watch! The views were spectacular! However, I do not think I would return to this property, as there are 35 steps from the driveway to the kitchen/ family room which is oddly on the second floor. Also, the scum at the bottom of the dishwasher made it unusable. The dishes were covered in scum after running the dishwasher.i called the property management to report this and nobody ever came out to check on it.

We are disappointed however that you couldn't recommend us to others; even after maintenance came to the house and addressed the list of needs you requested. We do hope you give the Cape another chance and visit us soon to enjoy our sugar sand beaches!
