Enjoy the fantastic location of this beautifully maintained, classic three-bedroom, two-bath Park City condominium. It is located next to Park City Mountain with balcony views of the slopes and less than a mile to Main Street. Shuttles are available just outside the building to whisk guests up the hill, and the Park City transit system, with service to all the area ski resorts, stops just across the street.

The 1,430-square-foot property accommodates up to 10 guests and offers a garage with ski storage. After a fabulous day of skiing and shopping, guests can soothe tired muscles by relaxing in the propertyā€™s shared hot tub.

Guests will love gathering in the living area, which features a 60ā€ wide-screen TV with a DVD player, Comcast cable, Netflix, and a surround-sound stereo system; a fireplace; a balcony; and comfortable, overstuffed couches, one of which is a queen-sized sofa bed.

The adjacent informal dining area seats up to 10, with an additional four at the kitchen counter next to the dining area.

The large kitchen offers every amenity, including a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, small appliances, plenty of counter space, and a full range of dining and cookware. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the condominium.

Space is no problem in any of the three bedrooms, as all come with ample closets. The high ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms make the areas feel extra roomy.

The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a balcony, flat-screen TV and DVD player, a lovely oversized reading chair and ottoman, and a comfortable king-sized bed. It also has a recently remodeled en suite bathroom.

The first guest suite is well-outfitted with a queen-sized bed, a large window to let in plenty of light, large double closets, and a flat-screen TV.

The second, family-friendly suite includes one bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on top, a TV, and a large closet to stow gear for the entire crew. A second, full-sized bathroom is available for those staying in the guest rooms.

The condo was well equipped and maintained. The front bedrooms could use curtains to help block out light from the outside common areas. The front entry could also use more hooks to hang jackets. There were a couple issues with management. The door code we were given didnā€™t work and we had to call to get a new code. The garage door opener was hidden and we had to email to find out where it was. We didnā€™t receive the checkout procedures until a day after we checked out.

Great location

Great apartment for 8 people. 4 kids and 4 adults. Walk-in distance to Park City lifts and bus station. 10 min walk to Main Street. Apartment was very clean. Kitchen was equipped in everything whatā€™s necessary. Check in and check out was a very easy. Great communication with owner. Garage is big enough to fit Jeep Wagoneer, but not bigger. Highly recommended.

Ideal location to ski and catch busses at mountain village

Super easy check in process. Loved we could ski and had a warm room separate from the unit we could store and lock our skis, boots etc. The bus to take you to main street and Deer Valley was right outside the unit. Management responded right away with any questions or concerns we had. Maryanne

Very nice property that is close to mountain base. Short uphill walk to lifts. Easy walk to Main St area. Well stocked kitchen. Nice showers and COMFORTABLE BEDS!

Great location

Really nice condo in a great location. Building looks a little rough from the exterior but once you are inside this nice condo, who cares. Very short walk 2 blocks up the hill to the base lifts. Walking distance to the Main Street shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location, Not Perfect Maintenance

The location was perfect, and the layout of the apartment was lovely. The person we communicated with was very responsive and helpful. The bus stop was right outside the apartment, and we were only a 10-minute walk from Main Street. That said, the stay was more stressful than relaxing because of maintenance issues. 1. The outside keypad to access the garage didn't work. 2. Neither fireplace was usable. One was under inspection, and the other we had maintenance come to fix, but the pilot light automatically went out, which is not safe, so we couldn't use it. And most stressfully, 3. We didn't have access to our car for 1/2 of the trip because our driveway wasn't properly plowed & we were blocked in. When we complained that we were blocked in by a snowdrift, the person plowed 1/2 the garage. Then, when we complained again, they still left 1/4 of the garage blocked in. I requested (and got) a shovel, but I was not expecting to have to shovel my way out while on vacation. Other maintenance issues were small--peeling paint, chipped dishes, stained blankets, window shades in disrepair, which would not render this apartment a "5-star" experience.

Lift Line condo Park City

What a nice condo! Great layout with plenty of room to feel comfortable, but cozy as well. This condo had a great location within walking distance to Park City Ski Resort and the historic downtown. I love the free fun programs that you can pick from. The condo was stocked with everything you need. The customer service is very responsive to any questions. I'd stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Condo was immaculate and easily accommodated our party of 8 with 4 adults and children ranging from 5-18. Kitchen had everything you need, except perhaps a salad spinner. Very short walk across parking lot to main Park City Mountain village and lifts. Hot tub, foosball and ping pong were a hit; just downstairs. Garage and ski storage with a room for ski tuning and waxing. ITrip service very efficient. Needed a refill on propane for the grill on the balcony; delivered promptly.

Awesome condo

Great condo! Very clean and well stocked - especially for cooking! Excellent location - one block away from Park City mountain, close to Fresh Markey (grocery store) and bus stop. Hill was steep to climb in the mornings, so we took the bus and walked home at the end of the day. Buses were great and so easy to use to get around to mountains, restaurants, etc.

We had a fantastic stay for our family of 4 (the condo can easy fit 2 families). The condo had one of the most well equipped kitchens...which was great because we like to stay out all day and cook dinner in the evenings! The garage is super helpful for coming and going! The iTrip team text us leading up to our stay and checked in during our stay. They even helped us with a car recommendation when we had issues with our rental car when we got to the airport (which we did not ended up getting per their recommendation; we choose Uber but their are shuttle services)! You really can walk everywhere you may need...to Fresh Market, Walgreens, Starbucks and to Main Street. Everything is right there! We did walk to the grocery and Uber back for our initial stock up! I read all of the reviews prior to leaving and found helpful tips for picking up the shuttles and storing our skis at the ski valet at the base of the mountain! Thank you for making this such an easy trip! We will be back.

Great place Great location

Well appointed 3bedroom condo which practically had everything we needed for an awesome ski vacation. Thoroughly appreciated the cookā€™s kitchen, heated master bathroom floor and the dining area. Loved parking our Large SUV in the attached garage especially since it snowed 12+ inches during our stay. Would love to come back to the condo again soon.

Great property, great location. The unit is updated, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy. The garage was big enough to hold our Toyota 4runner, a major bonus since street parking isn't available. We would definitely rent here again!
