Incredible four bedroom two bath lakefront home with private surrounding land. This home offers a spacious open plan to accommodate large family groups. The upstairs bedrooms consist of one queen bed, and one king with a large shared bathroom. This bathroom offers a double vanity, tub/shower combo, and beautiful open shelving for storage. The upstairs living room is huge and offers lots of space to entertain or just hang out and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The kitchen is absolutely breathtaking and very spacious as well. The views are incredible out of every space in the home. Downstairs offers a spectacular gaming area two more bedrooms, one large shared bathroom, a 60 inch TV, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. Downstairs offers a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator. The basement walkout door leads directly onto the large, decorative concrete patio and awesome fire pit area overlooking beautiful Douglas lake. Enjoy making s’mores over a fire as the East Tennessee sunset over the lake can’t be beat! The property has over 2 private acres of land and its own private boat dock as well. It features a wonderful covered back deck where a local Bald Eagle family can be seen regularly along with excellent lake views. The large private point adjacent to the of the property can be used by all guests, and the views of Mount Le Conte are absolutely incredible from this spot. This home is tucked away in a very private setting yet still very convenient to all of the local attractions. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, shopping and dining, Gatlinburg, and all that Sevier County has to offer are all in very close proximity! The property owners also own the home next door VRBO listing number 743290 for anyone interested in booking two homes side by side for large gatherings, as these homes would sleep up to 28 guests combined. Your house was exactly as pictured. Dock and lake were beautiful. Easy short walk from house to dock. My whole family had an excellent time. We would definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious lake house. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals for our daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. Keep in mind that the lake gets drained 25 feet starting in October. Food City saved the day by having bundles of wood and kindling for sale.

Tennessee paradise!

Douglas Lake is our families’ happy place. This place made the trip even better. Lots of room, easy lake access and our hosts were available to answer all questions quickly. What a great place for large families! Everything was as pictured; highly recommend!

Place was amazing! The property was just as advertised! Only thing that was a downer was that the water levels were down. However was still very water accessible! Would definitely recommend this property to others. Communication was great with the owners!

Our Family Vacation for Spring Break

This is our 23rd year visiting the Smoky Mountains and our first time renting a lake front property vs. a cabin. Overall we had a wonderful trip, but my children really struggled because we didn't have access to Wi-Fi. Due to the location our cell phone connectivity was also very spotty, so without access to technology, my kids were force to interact with each other and it turned out to be very fun!

Amazing Location!

The Property was amazing and in a very good condition. It is up the hill so recommended getting there when there is light outside and not in dark. The roads are narrow. The cabin was in great shape and our family enjoyed our stay. It is as pictured. All the appliances and entertainment things were given. The Host was not able to communicate in a timely manner but we can understand that they must be busy given the time frame of New Year’s Eve. Over all Great Stay!
