The full bed in the room with the bunk beds was broken and my husband had to spend an evening replacing slats in the bed for us to sleep in. We planned to use the grille to cook a steak dinner but the grill was so dirty we couldn’t use it. The downstairs had cob webs and a few spiders. Floors under any of the dresser or furniture looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The home itself is charming but can definitely use a deep clean and an update on the mattresses.

Host had great communication and was very responsive. The house was nice and had a beautiful deck and view of the lake. We would love to come back when the lake is higher and the dock is floating but we still had fun fishing and the dogs loved jumping in the lake!

I brought my clients from my assisted living facility on vacation. They loved the view, the house, and the lake. It was disappointing to get there and see how low the lake was. I think a heads up about that would have been nice. Otherwise, the house was very nice. The cleaning was not bad but for the amount the cleaning fee was it could have been better. The basement was not the best and the spider webs on the back porch had been there a long time.

This cabin was very nice & had a beautiful view. The main level was awesome & included a wonderful deck area with rocking chairs & a swing. The basement area needed some TLC, but overall our stay was great!

This house is our home away from home

We absolutely love staying at this lake house. Plenty of room for everyone and Has everything you need It is just a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We have stayed there for many years and hope to be back each year Great house, great location and a beautiful view of the lake.

Very impressed with the owners quick responses. The place has everything you can think of and then some. The location and the view are spectacular. We hated that we had to leave. We will only book with them in the future.

Overall, the cleanliness wasn't bad. Saw some cob webs and floor was a little dirty in kitchen The bed in the 1st room with a bed and bunkers collapsed when my dad sat on it but he fixed it said you may want to reinforce it further and the door handle fell off but he fixed it to and tightened all the others through out the house. This review is for you eyes only. I will give 5 stars on everything on any other website because thus by far has been the best. From my 1st call to my last moment I loved every moment. You thought of everything and I appreciate all the attention to the small details. Thank you for everything. We will only stay with you in the future and I will let everyone know so they can enjoy the same as we have. Only 1 bad thing ..we didn't want to leave. Thanks again

The property was fantastic. Highly recommended if you and your family are looking for a quiet get away from everything. Drinking coffee in morning looking down at the lake was peaceful. Having the dock to yourself was great, no luck in the fishing department but was still relaxing nonetheless. We have 4 kids 12,12,10,9 and they just loved jumping into the lake.. we've already decided we'll be back. Lake front over ocean everytime after the experience we had.

The view was beautiful! The porches were great and we spent a lot of time on the dock. There were a few deferred maintenance items that need to be addressed, and the cleaning could be improved. Overall, we had a great time and the property manager was very responsive and helpful! We would stay again, the lake was wonderful.

Quick Family Trip

Walt was great and very responsive to issues we brought to his attention. The property was not very clean, inside and out. When we arrived there was a lot of smelly trash left on the porch, and was picked up right before dark that first night. The dock ladder was broken, but was replaced the evening of the last day of our stay. Most of the door knobs in the interior of the house fell off multiple times. The porch and view of the lake was spectacular! So very pretty! We had a great time. Thanks for having us!

The cabin was clean and beautiful. The view was stunning. We took our kayaks and also did some fishing. Only 20 minutes to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. A great place for a family vacation. The sitting for outside was perfect. The hot tub was very clean. We had a great family of 9 vacation.

Spectacular Waterfront Views

Beautiful home with very large decks to enjoy the spectacular waterfront views! Home was very clean and had new patio cushions for relaxing and taking in the water view. Really enjoyed our stay and appreciate how well appointed and welcoming the home was!

Spring vacation 2025

We loved this location and was extremely satisfied with the cabin. The parking level and easy to get in and out of our vehicle and the access into the cabin was easy for my mom who has mobility issues. We were closer to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg than we realized. The grocery stores were close enough that we could just stop when we needed to. The view was fantastic, we sat out on the back deck and drank coffee and watch the sunrise in the mornings and just enjoyed listening to the birds and watching the fish jump. It was a great week, and we are planning to come back in October.
