We were told early check-in at 11AM might be possible, but that didn’t happen. We were then told we were on a priority list for cleaning, which also didn’t happen. We were assured we’d be notified when the room was ready, but no one ever reached out. After repeatedly checking in, we later learned there were only two people cleaning the condo section; information that would have been helpful before we even left home, as early check-in clearly wasn’t realistic. After asking again a little after 5PM, we were told the room was ready, meaning we waited over 6 hours with no communication on their part. The parking situation is chaotic, with many areas unmarked, leading to cars blocking others in. The condo was not properly cleaned: the dishwasher didn’t work and had leftover food inside, dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use, and there were food wrappers under the furniture. Supplies were also lacking—only one roll of paper towels was provided, no extra trash bags were available, and getting more required waiting in long lines like when we had to exchange towels or request basic items. We ended up using grocery bags for trash to avoid another wait.The condo itself is beautiful, but the check-in process, communication, cleanliness, and parking situation need significant improvement. Parking at the condo is also an additional 20 per day if you want to park at the condo, otherwise you have to park in the chaos, which adds to the frustration given the overall experience.
