The Cabin:
This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin offers a stunning private waterfront with dock on 1.82 acres. The main floor bedroom has a California king bed, large flat screen tv, desk area and an attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom boasts a lofted twin bed with a fun slide to get down, a twin over full bunk bed, a fun kids play area with tv and a dreamy attached bathroom with a soaking tub.

This cabin has an open concept main floor dining and living room with a fireplace, picture windows overlooking the serene beautiful natural and waterfront landscape. There are a plethora of games and books along with a large smart tv equipped with streaming and access to over 350 movies along with a Nintendo Switch.

The renovated kitchen has beautiful finishings with all new appliances including a double door fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets and coffeemaker. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The Cottage:
Beautifully remodeled single level Cabin with queen size master bedroom and attached bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bedroom, separate full bed and kid play space. There is an attached bathroom off this bedroom as well with walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible via the main living space.

The kitchen has been refreshed with beautiful blue cabinets, whimsical tile, new appliances, and a mix of metal and wood countertops.

The open concept living continues into the full dining room and living room space with large windows overlooking the private inlet of the Tiger Cat Flowage. There's plenty of space to gather, eat, play games and relax in front of the new gas fireplace and large tv.

Get outside and enjoy multiple areas to relax including lounge chairs, hammock, sitting area, outdoor dining table, charcoal grill and fire pit. There is a boat house that is fully loaded with a canoe, stand up paddle board, 2 adult kayaks, 2 kid kayaks and various water inflatables for fun in the sun! Plus a variety of life jackets are available too. There is a basketball hoop, 15' trampoline, playset with 2 swings and a slide, a play house and tons of outdoor toys. For outdoor fun in the winter we also have 2 sets of adults snowshoes as well as 2 sets of kids snowshoes with poles, sleds and snow toys.

The cabin and the cottage are located on a private inlet of the Tiger Cat Flowage which is a chain of lakes that together expand 1,065 acres with exceptional fishing for muskies, northerns, walleyes, bass and panfish. There is a small waterway that allows access onto the main lake as well as a public boat landing minutes away. Unfortunately, large/wide boats or pontoons will not fit through the inlet which has a dept of 3ft.

Don’t forget fun and games for people of all ages! There is an epic game room with full size arcades, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, skeeball, dart board and so much more! Play cards, board games, giant jenga, oversized bowling and more! The game room is cooled/heated & available for use in all seasons.

The cabin is located just 13 miles from downtown Hayward, you’ll enjoy the peace of being in nature while being close to wonderful shops, restaurants and attractions that Hayward has to offer. Additionally, the cabin is located just minutes from world class ATV trails, impeccable and famous cross country ski trails and incredibly fun snowmobile trails.

We offer bath and beach towels, clean bed linens, onsite washer and dryer, everything you’ll need for a bonfire and so much more. Starlink’s high speed satellite internet allows you to stay connected while enjoying all that nature and the cabin has to offer.
