You're in for a treat at this one of a kind vacation house we call the Round House. The Round House is a high end vacation home that is spacious and well cared for. The Round House overlooks Round Lake which is one of the most desirable vacation lakes in the Hayward area. The crystal clear waters and excellent fishing, swimming and boating opportunities of Big Round Lake will not disappoint you. The house features amazing southeasterly views and your own private dock.
This uniquely designed home features 2,600 plus square feet of bright open living spaces consisting of three levels and a very open concept which is perfect for family groups.

The main floor has an impressive two story stone fireplace in the great room, a custom chef's kitchen, half bath, a master suite with a king bed, and en-suite bath. The home also features a spacious deck off the great room and kitchen with awesome lake views, a patio with a gas grill and furniture to relax with friends, soak in the sun or just read a great book.

Above the great room you'll find a beautiful wrap around loft framed with a custom wrought iron railing. The loft has a grand view of the stone fireplace, great room and lake! The loft gives access to a full bath and two additional bedrooms; 1st bedroom is a large master suite with one king, one queen bed and hide a bed ottoman; 2nd bedroom: two queen beds, and an adult twin. Enjoy two cozy nooks for anyone looking for space away from the main area to read a book, play chess or have a bit of privacy with a view! This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances; including a gas stove top, electric warming stove top, oven, prep sink, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, tea pot, hand mixer, crock pot and more!

The lower level of the home features a game room with air hockey and Foosball. The lower level has an additional family room, 45 inch smart TV, Roku, queen size futon, queen sofa couch, a full bath, laundry room with front load washer and dryer, second refrigerator and access to the lake.

Seasons -From Mid June through July and August we only accept bookings for 4 night minimums
Birkie Weekend requires a 4-night minimum
September and May & the first two weeks in June require a 3-night minimum stay as do Christmas and New Year Holidays.
The rest of the year are all 2 night minimums
