Welcome to Tradewinds 1201, a gorgeous Gulf-front corner condo offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 926 sq. ft. of coastal comfort. Sleeping up to 7 guests, this bright and inviting retreat provides a front-row seat to breathtaking panoramic Gulf views that stretch endlessly across the horizon.

The living area is filled with natural light from the large glass balcony doors, creating an open and relaxing atmosphere. Step out onto your private corner balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine while taking in the stunning sunsets and soothing sounds of the waves.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, whether you're cooking a family dinner or whipping up a quick snack. With plenty of local restaurants nearby, you'll always have the choice to dine in or dine out with ease.

The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while guests staying in the second bedroom have access to a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Additional conveniences include a sofa sleeper, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, making your stay smooth and comfortable.

As a guest at the Tradewinds complex, you'll enjoy wonderful amenities such as a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach.

Ideally located in the heart of Orange Beach, Tradewinds 1201 is just moments from popular restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, and coastal boutiques. Top attractions—including Adventure Island, The Wharf, Gulf State Park, and the Flora-Bama—are only a short drive away, giving you quick access to the very best the area has to offer.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Beautiful, clean condo with everything we needed! We enjoyed eating out on the balcony. The views are incredible! The kitchen was so well stocked (my husband was especially impressed that there was a meat thermometer). Convenient to groceries, restaurants and fun activities. Beach access was awesome and the pool is heated. Everything is clean and well cared for. We will definitely consider coming back!!

Everything was as described. It was perfect for us. Only one thing that was frustrating. We experienced a lot of wind. Strong wind. The balcony railing vibrated extremely loud. We could hear it all the way into the bedrooms. Three nights of very little sleep for me because it was so unbelievably loud. I actually recorded it because it was so loud. I noticed the condo next door was not doing that. I reached and felt of their railing and zero vibration. I’m thinking possibly because this condo is a corner unit and railing wraps around to the side as well. I’d say Tradewinds is an appropriate name for the complex. Honestly, besides that, the condo was perfect. Just check the weather.

Great property

Easy is best word to describe our experience. From parking, to condo unit location to ease of beach access. Clean unit and the views were excellent. Generally quiet building. It’s been two weeks since we left and I can still hear the waves crashing. Our kids keep asking when can we go back.

Loved our stay

This is the third time we have stayed at Tradewinds in different condos and we really enjoyed our time in this unit. It was decorated very beachy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. We were blessed with the most beautiful weather. It’s a great location to all our favorite places to eat and go!

The condo was very clean, well equipped, big pool, right on the beach. 24/7 security. On sight ice machine ($6/16 lb bag). Nice place.

WONDERFUL STAY

It was a wonderful stay. The property was clean and in a great location. They only complaint I have is the Security Lady that was there was super frustrating. She was short and rude with many guest that were not owners. I witnessed interactions with both and you are treated very differently. They give no time at all for you to get your parking pass filled out and to your vehicle before you get warnings. I had to go have a conversation with her because it felt as if it became personal as we got notes about every single thing we did. I do know she has a job and wants to do it to the best of her abilitly. But it is super frustrating to be on vacation and worry about every move you make.

Amazing views and beach access!

We have stayed in vacation rentals from Dauphin Island, AL to Pensacola FL over the past 20 years. This condo has been our favorite! The corner location on the 12th of 13 floors was amazing!!! The windows had breathtaking views of the coast in every room! The pictures on the site do not do it justice! The beach access was an elevator ride down and a short walk through a key code gate to the sand. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was very quiet. We could not hear neighbors above us or beside us. The key code was nice, so you don’t need to worry about keys. The garbage chute on the same floor was also great, so you didn’t need to carry trash down an elevator. So, one thing you need to know is that this unit does not come with some basic supplies. The items outlined in the email are the only items provided. This is not a knock against them, but this is very bare bones if you plan to cook. They provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but it is one ply, so just bring your own. You will need more anyway. The provided supplies are outlined in the welcome email, but here are some suggestions for packing. Aluminum Foil Paper Towels Toilet Paper Coffee Filters(Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig Single Serve Coffee Makers are available) Cooking Spray Liquid Hand Soap Seasonings We will definitely stay here again!! This will be our go to for Orange Beach from now on!!

Necessary reset

This was a first. Communication with Vacasa prior to arrival is difficult. Check in process smooth and able to get in the condo. Security understand you have to go to condo first to get parking pass, no need to put warning on vehicle. Orange Beach is fabulous. Much needed mother daughter trip We arrived and followed the instructions given. Very clear. All of the lights were unplugged, I had to plug back in. While doing this it became clear that this condo had not been cleaned thoroughly. I took pictures and sent to Vacasa, whom sent a text for cleanliness rating. There was trash in the corners where all the plugs were, baseboards were caked with dirt, under the bed in main bedroom was filthy caked in dust and trash. A picture sign of some man. There was cooked Ramen noodles beside the stove, could have been mistaken for worms, food in the dishwasher, dirty dishes in cabinet, trash in the drawers and cabinets and on the floor. Cigarette butts on the balcony and handprints all over the sliding door to balcony. The furniture brown and dirty on the arm rest of the chair and sofa. No rugs as pictured. Cabinet doors loose and heavily worn. Microwave handle broke. Needs work and deep cleaning. Cleaners came next AM, swept and mopped. Vacasa did not make us aware of this. They only apologized it was not clean. Nothing else. Disappointed in unit management. Great trip but will not choose this unit again. I hope the owners see the condition. Unable to load photos.

Girls Getaway

The condo itself was nice. View was wonderful! The check in process was horrible. Check in time was 4:00 p.m. We received a code to get in. The code did not work. Called and got 3 more codes. Did not work. It was then almost 5:00 p.m. They sent someone to fix the code who was helpful and fixed it.

Very nice condo with superb views of the beach and gulf from the 12th floor.

This was a great property. Nice furniture, luxurious bedding, plenty of towels, and good water pressure in the shower. Having a second bathroom was a plus. We not only had a great view from the balcony, and nice views from both bedrooms. The only negative was that the dishes were not clean, so I had to wash them before we could use them. Couldn't wait to run a load in the dishwasher. Not a big deal. There is very easy access on to the beach. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. There is also plenty of free parking.

View was wonderful! Coffee pot needs to be replaced. The pot does not fit the maker, so you have to hold the pot up so the coffee will drain into the pot.

Of course we loved the location and the views, but the condo itself needs some repairs. I left a list on the refrigerator but my guess is you will not see it. We are coming back to Orange beach next year, unless the repairs are completed we will not be coming back to tradewinds 1201. If someone would like to contact me that would be great. Otherwise, we will probably go with another company.
