Trail Mar Bella Golf Villa - Cerca de la playa

Nuestros dos dormitorios, dos baños, primera villa piso es un hogar lejos del hogar. Se sienta en la calle 10 en el Willard Byrd Golf Course en Sea Trail Golf Resort. Usted puede sentarse en el porche y ver los golfistas primer golpe y putt. La salida del sol desde el porche es absolutamente encantador y hace que todo el día feliz cuando lo ves. Los Campeones son las únicas unidades en el centro turístico del Mar Trail tengan su propia piscina, que está a sólo unos pasos fuera de la puerta principal.

La villa, con su planta única, tiene suficiente espacio que todo el mundo puede tener su tiempo privado. La parte principal tiene el dormitorio principal con televisión, baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada y sala de estar / comedor con televisión. Lovely condo with plenty of room for family or friends :) We really liked sitting out on the back porch and taking walks in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and neat. Would definitely plan to stay again on a future visit to Sunset Beach!

This condo was so so beautiful. Felt like a 5 star resort. Very clean. Immaculate. Had everything we needed and more. Community very nice. Location on the beautiful golf course was peaceful. Unfortunately Mother nature was not behaving!!. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! I love to cook and there was no shortage of utensils and cookware. Beds are comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. Great location to the restaurants on the grounds and nice private pool!! Definitely will stay here again if possible!Bob and Renee

This is a great condo! It is well furnished, clean and well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and the place made you feel right at home! The hosts provided everything one would need to have a great and accommodating trip! They also have great communication! I highly recommend this place!

Great stay and would stay there again

The property is very nice and within just a few minutes to sunset beach. We would definitely stay here again. 4 star on cleanliness because of one of the bathrooms but I took care of that on our arrival but definitely didn’t sway us from staying there again. The AC wasn’t working right on the first day but we got in touch with them and they were right on and it got fixed ASAP. so great to communicate with and so happy with our stay.

With over 100 vacation rental stays through the years, this one is by far is the best one yet. This unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay and I do mean everything. From the coffee maker, utensils to cookware this rental has it all. The owners truly have thought of everything to make your stay stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor location is perfect, park your vehicle and wheel your luggage straight into the unit. Easy entry / exit every time you leave and return, no stairs or waiting on the elevator. The screened-in porch is perfect for you to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and watch golfers make their approach to the 16th green. The living room has ample, comfortable seating and the large TV is perfect for family movie night. Book this unit, you will not be disappointed.

Everything you could possibly need

The property was as listed and very well appointed. Kitchen, bathroom and pantry closets and drawers were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay without multiple trips to stores to get little things we needed.Check in process was seamless and communication with owner and cleaning service was very good. It was a positive to actually deal with an owner and not just a property management company.

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great location close to golf and restaurants. The private pool was great and much less crowded than the bigger resort pool. We would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.

Golf trip

Very nice place and great location. We were a litte disappointed that a condo in a golf resort did not have the Golf Channel on the tv. We were two 75 year olds playing golf with two local friends.

Enjoyed our stay

This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home. Very clean and kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of very good quality. Mini suite was perfect for our friends - shared mealtime and daytime activities with complete privacy at night. Contacting manager and owner was easy with very prompt return calls. Most meals were at Calabash, where seafood is always delicious. Would definitely recommend this condo and will rent again when we vacation on Sunset Beach.

A Perfect Stay

Everything we Needed!

Daughter was getting married on the beach needed accommodations for 81 yr old grandma on ground level! 100% satisfied our needs! When we arrived it was like walking into a totally set up home every thing we needed to provide a wedding dinner! If I forgot it the villa had it! We throughly enjoyed our our stay!

Our family started vacationing at Sunset Beach in 1976. It is an annual family tradition that has grown over the years as the family expanded. My parents bought a lot in Sea Trail and retired to the community from Virginia. After years of living in Charlotte, NC we moved to Denver, CO. We purchased our condo in the Champions so we could spend more time at Sunset Beach with our families. Thanks to a more flexible work environment today we are able to enjoy the condo more and work remotely here on a regular basis.

The condo is truly our home away from home and we take great pride in it's furnishings, supplies and comforts. We have our Property Manager in Sea Trail and our excellent private cleaner does an outstanding job (see all the review comments). We are continuously making updates to the unit. The location, amenities and price make our unit a great choice for your vacation.

The layout is ideal for golfers, girls weekends or family time. The setup allows for enjoying time together or having private spaces. The unit is large and spacious at 1262 sq ft. We have all the supplies you need for a long weekend or a months long rental.
