This condo is a result of love of the Sunset Beach area. We purchased this special property because of its location, size and view. This is a spacious, newly renovated luxury condo that features a great view of the 16th green on the Willard Byrd course and is 5 minutes from the beach. The unit has been beautifully updated with new flooring , furnishings , lighting , appliances, bedding , artwork, window treatments and decor. The main villa features a bedroom with a king size bed , smart tv with Roku , new dresser and nightstands and a full tile bath with tub/shower combo. The full service kitchen has quartz countertops, mirrored tile backsplash, new stainless steel stove , refrigerator and microwave and is fully equipped. The dining area has new table seating for 4 and bar seating for 4. The living room features new sofa, love seat, bench , accent tables , a 55” smart tv and sliding glass doors to a furnished screen porch. High speed internet is provided.
The adjoining mini suite features 2 queen size beds , a kitchenette with quartz countertops , a full size refrigerator , mini microwave , new seating area , smart tv with Roku and full tile bath with tub/shower combo.
Sea Trail offers 3 golf courses , multiple on site dining options and areas for walking and bike riding. The Community of Sea Trail Resort features a grand newly renovated Convention Center and Jones/Byrd Clubhouse including Sunset Prime and 55 Bistro restaurants.
We’re located 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach, voted one of the top beaches by the National Geographic magazine. Sea Trail is close to the International Waterway, Sunset Beach Park, shopping and restaurants. It’s the perfect place for outings with friends or a quiet getaway.
Our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each visit to help ensure your comfort and safety. We strive to provide a place that feels like your second home. It’s time to plan that fun getaway ! (Please note that we require ALL occupants be a minimum of 30 years of age. )

What a beautifully decorated condo! The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. It was impeccably clean. Lots of little touches to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The condo was in a great location, near beaches and plenty of restaurants. Deena communicated a wealth of information about the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous Condo

This condo is so clean & spotless! The refrigerator looks like it’s never been used! It is decorated beautifully! The owner supplies everything you need to get started. Shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, 2 coffee makers; the old school brewing type and a Keurig coffee maker.

Lovely Beach Getaway

This condo was great! The pictures don’t do it justice on the spaciousness and attention to detail of the condo! Everything was clean and well stocked. The check in process was smooth and Deena was wonderful! The communication was excellent! I would recommend this quiet, clean, spacious, relaxing vacation getaway to anyone!

Would stay here again. Lovely place, very clean and new and well equipped. The bedding and beds were new and luxurious. Not something often found at a Beach/Golf rental. Very responsive property manager.

We had a great time abs so relaxing at the condominium.The location was so close to the beach very easy access .We enjoyed going out for dinner and loving the beach . We would stay another time for sure .

I'm a a wife, mother, grandmother and retired nurse who loves to stay active and spend time with friends and family. We live in Greensboro, NC but fell in love with the Sunset Beach area. We were introduced to the Sea Trail community a few years ago and decided to buy property here. We were very particular about what we wanted and were fortunate enough to secure the perfect condo. We pretty much did a complete floor up renovation, bought new furniture , lighting, appliances and decor and equipped it as we would our home. Our goal was to make it comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. We think we succeeded and others do as well. I’ve met so many wonderful people who chose to be our guests. The reviews speak for themselves. We’d love to have you visit. Consider it your home at the beach. Come see why people LOVE Sunset Beach !

Sunset Beach is beautiful and offers may amenities found in larger areas but still maintains the comfortable, smaller town atmosphere. We fell in love with this particular property because of its location, spaciousness and view. The Sea Trail Community is an exceptional retreat for golfers as well as beach lovers. The onsite resort amenities include the remodeled grand Convention Center and Jones/Byrd Clubhouse including the Sunset Prime and 55 Bistro Bar dining. We are 5-6 minutes from the beach, Ocean Isle, Calabash, Bird Island and lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s a great place to relax and do nothing or stay very active while enjoying our beautiful coastline.

This particular condo has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling including new flooring, appliances, furniture, decor and is fully equipped. It is immaculate , beautifully decorated , very quiet and comfortable. The back screened porch overlooks the Willard Byrd course 16th green is far more private than most. Our goal was to make it a home away from home and I think we succeeded. Come experience life at Sunset beach !
