Welcome to Bay Bay Blue, a peaceful, waterfront retreat on Galveston’s west end. Located in peaceful Bay Harbor, sitting on a canal at the mouth of the bay, this home has a stunning waterfront pool, awesome decks, a huge fire pit, and plenty of space for your whole crew. The game room downstairs is equipped for late night fun with its own kitchen, huge TV, and arcades. The bedrooms and living space upstairs are spacious, with a screened-in patio and plenty of seating for everyone to lounge. Beaches and restaurants are a short drive away for more fun in the sun!

● Beach access: A quick 2 minute drive from Terramar Beach and 5 minutes from the beach in Sea Isle.

● Private Pool: This home features a beautiful waterfront pool with a spacious patio for lounging.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway.

The downstairs area of the home offers a fun and inviting space with games for everyone, a full bathroom with a standing shower, 1 full size loft bed, 1 queen size bed, a secondary kitchen, and living room area to keep the whole family entertained. Walking into the main living space upstairs you will be greeted by the inviting and relaxing space that features a shiplap accent wall with a flat screen TV, comfortable couches perfect for taking a break and a beautiful kitchen/dining area to cook and hang out with family and friends! Enjoy the open concept of this living space that everyone is sure to love.

Just off the living room sits the enclosed porch area that is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or you can head right out to the deck for some good fishing!

Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has one queen bed and a full/full bunk bed, and the third bedroom has two custom built-in twin/full bunk beds. The gorgeous full bathroom features a large tiled walk in shower with a built in bench seat for relaxing and a marble top vanity.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
