Great location and fun vibes!

We had a great stay during our conference trip. The home is in a great neighborhood—safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The hot tub was a fun bonus and perfect for relaxing after long days. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with 15 friends to play disc golf in the surrounding area. Location was great and we were able to play at a lot of the courses we wanted to fit in. Stay was great and we’ll be staying here again next time we want to play disc in Colorado.

We booked this residence for 5 nights for 10 people. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of room for everyone and the host Keegan was great! He was very quick to respond to messages and allowed us to check in an hour early. We had a great time!

Great location and comfortable beds with enough room for our crew of 7! Host was great at communication and the check in process was easy. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Only gave 4 stars because the price per night was way too high for the condition of the home. This is an older home that needs updating. For the price per night I would not book this home again.

Keegan was very efficient in communication - never waited to get a response and was also very accommodating. The house was very spacious. We had so much room to spread out - allowing for us to have our own space, yet the spaces provided allowed for good times together as well. We had 7 adults there and we all enjoyed the space. The reason for the 4 star and not 5 is for the following - when we stayed in the beginning of June in 90 degree temps the Swamp Cooler was not operational. Some rooms had fans so that helped the upstairs guests. And the basement stayed cool so that was a bonus!!!! Also the backyard was not in the shape it was in the pictures. It is in need of love - mostly dirt and weeds. I was hoping for a space that would allow for more outdoor time. However overall this would not prevent me from going back to this location and staying again. Thank you Keegan for allowing us to stay.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the home and communication. We’re glad your group enjoyed the space and had a comfortable stay overall. We do wish you had notified us during your stay that the evaporative cooler wasn’t operating as expected. Given the unusually high temperatures, we would have been happy to assist and could have turned the system on or provided troubleshooting right away to help improve your comfort. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the backyard and will take a closer look to ensure it better reflects our listing photos. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Spring Family Getaway!

We had 9 adult family members here for a week to visit our daughter and the house was very accommodating for all of us. The owner was very flexible with check in/out times and the location was perfect. It is an older neighborhood but well kept. Easy access to downtown or out west. Overall the house was as described in the listing. Very clean and fresh. The hot tub was a nice bonus! We would definitely come back.

Smoke alarm beeped ever 90 seconds for almost 24 hours. No one local to help. 3 people could not sleep the first night. Turns out it was locked behind one of many private closets. Told he had help close. That was not the casePaid way too much for a dirty. Lack of decent towels covers blanket for the beds unbalanced heat 1 st floor cold basement extremely hotCalled Vrbo and they offered me 120 back. Total nightmare all the way around. Final straw that dud me in…toilet seat cracked in main bathroom. Uncle

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the feedback. We did our best to get a handyman out as quickly as possible; however, your call came in on a Sunday evening when service availability is very limited, and most vendors are not available until Monday. Regarding the alarm, you mentioned it was coming from the ceiling, and at no point was the locked closet identified as the source. We do provide access codes to supply closets when guests communicate that they need them, and we’re always happy to assist when we have accurate information. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and will review your additional concerns with our team.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was top notch. We had a few minor issue, which the host responded to quickly. Lost one star because the listing said air conditioning, but it’s actually evaporative cooling. We appreciated the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the full length mirrors. I want to note how well the house keeps sound from traveling between rooms. We were able to put the baby down and not worry about the rest of the crowd waking her while visiting and playing board games. Would definitely stay here again.

Arvada Residence Did Not Disappoint!

We traveled to Denver for a tournament and thoroughly enjoyed this residence! The booking and check-in process was easy, communication clear and the house itself offered ample room, lots of amenities and a sense of comfort for the rainy/snowy weather. The kitchen was big enough to cook meals and hang out, and the hot tub was a great addition to offer relaxation at the end of the night. An extra plus; the owner said it was a no chore home at check-out, so even though we cleaned up, having that as an option in a hurry could be less stressful. Stay at this home when you’re in the area and you won’t be disappointed!
