About this property
Northside Cottage
This is an adorable vintage cottage in a really cool neighborhood just five minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Vilano beach. It was built in the early 1900s and has a lot of history. The space has two big bedrooms and a third office space/kids bedroom along with two living rooms. It has a backyard and laundry room. The bathroom has the original claw foot tub and a shower. A lot of love and care has gone into to maintaining this beautiful home while also keeping the history.
