Incroyable Condo sur la plage 3BR / 2BA - Vue spectaculaire

Fabuleux 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain en bord de mer en copropriété se trouve sur les plages de sable blanc privée sur le Golfe du Mexique. Condo dort 8 - 10. vue sud-ouest spectaculaire depuis le balcon surdimensionné au cinquiÚme étage. Notre petit complexe offre l'isolement et l'intimité d'un rendez-vous a-way pour deux ou peut accueillir des vacances en famille remplie d'activités sans fin tant sur site et à distance de marche de la propriété.

L'intérieur comporte 1250 pieds carrés d'espace de vie ouvert. Vue sur le golfe du Mexique à partir de plusieurs piÚces.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec un de manger au bar.

La salle à manger offre de nombreux siÚges pour six et le salon dispose d'un fauteuil et d'un canapé en coupe queen. Complet avec télévision à écran plat et un lecteur Blu-ray.

Quelle vue, Les portes coulissantes en verre ouvrent complĂštement pour une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique.

Le balcon privé est complet avec table de patio pour quatre, un planeur et de confortables fauteuils parfaits pour profiter de quelques-unes des plus belles vues que vous aurez jamais l'expérience.

La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king size, télévision à écran plat, un dressing et dressing privé avec miroir et une chaise avec salle de bains principale.

La deuxiÚme chambre comprend un lit queen size et un grand lit tout. Télévision à écran plat. Grand walk-in et le stockage suffisant de la commode. La chambre est adjacente à la salle de bain d'hÎtes.

La troisiÚme chambre a grand lit avec télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD intégré. ComplÚte avec walk-in et le stockage suffisant de la commode.

L'unité dispose également d'une buanderie dans la suite. Il y a aussi un service téléphonique, Internet haute vitesse sans fil gratuit, et 7 jours par le personnel sur place de la gestion et de l'entretien la semaine.

Great stay!

This condo is amazing! Super clean, updated beds and furniture! So many rentals have broken down beds and living room furniture but this place has very nice family seating and mattresses in every room. The owner thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need, not to mention chairs/ toys/ towels/ canopy for the beach! Bedroom 2 and 3 are a little small but very nicely placed beds for maximum occupancy and where they lack in size, the 2 bathrooms make up for which in our opinion was way more important! Primary bedroom was very large and the seperate makeup area was so nice for the girls getting ready. The balcony was huge, parking was easy and I don’t think we have ever had such easy access to the beach! Very nice stay!

The condominium was beautiful , three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stacked kitchen plus other amenities. To our surprise,it had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers . Location doesn’t get any better right on the beach. We felt very safe on this property. Building was secure, pool access was also secured by security gates. Management was also very quick to respond with a minor issue I had with parking. They were great to deal with. I definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay

We loved the condo. It is clean, updated and has one of the best views on the beach. Everything is included with this condo, including all the chairs, towels, beach toys, and umbrellas, We will stay at this place again next time we come to Florida.

Beach work disturbed time on beach, at pool and on patio during daytime hours.

The condo was mostly clean with some sweeties candy pieces in the area rug of the living room. The gulf views were very nice and the location was good. Unfortunately there was work on the breakers (?) in front of the condo building with loud pounding of the breaker pieces And heavy equipment being moved around on the area of the beach beside and behind the breakers. Disturbed the beach and condo areas. Also were informed a few days before our stay that there were 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 trash bags and 2 laundry pods and that it was a self catering condo so we were responsible for any supplies if the limited supplies ran out. We weren’t happy about that and it was not mentioned at all in the listing info so we did end up buying some supplies since there were 3 of us there for a week. Just disappointed with that.

Fantastic place to stay

My husband and I, along with our daughter and husband and their 2 children (6 and 4) just stayed for a week in this condo, which was clean and had everything we needed to make our week so enjoyable. We loved the size of the balcony along with the location that was just a little north of the main noise and activities of John's Pass - the condo and area were very quiet. Our grandkids loved the pool, which was a perfect temperature and finding a chair to lounge on was never a problem (even though there were many chairs each day that had a towel, most likely to reserve said chair - and that was supposed to not be able to happen, but not sure how that could be enforced). We never had to wait for the elevator. The adults had plenty of room to play cards around the large dining table and having a washer and dryer right in the unit (vs being down the hall) was extremely handy! All in all, this condo and the building itself was very preferable compared to other units that we have rented in Madeira Beach!

Great place and location.

My husband and I stayed here with our three boys and loved it. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The property was also well maintained with a pool and hot tub. We come down frequently and this has been our favorite condo so far. For us, it was also within walking distance to a lot of shops and a few restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Amenities Galore!

The condo exceeded our expectations! The unit was clean and had every amenity you could ever imagine, plus many more. The owner did not miss anything. This unit is perfect for families! Never felt crowded. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is clean. I have traveled for 30 years and can say this unit was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend!!!

Beach vacation

This condo is a MUST STAY for families!

We stayed here for a family vacation...my husband and I, our 2 adult kids and their spouse/significant other, and our 19 month old grandson. The condo was perfect in size for all 7 of us, was exactly as described, very clean, had everything you needed and more for adults and infants/toddlers and also for the beach (towels, kids toys, football, cart to bring stuff to the beach, coolers, EVERYTHING!). Loved that there was a pool, hot tub, and that this was right at the beach. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

The beach

We travel to this area every year for week. This is one of the nicest condo’s for the money we have stayed at. Nice layout, master suite, and fully equipped kitchen. Renter was very responsive to our questions. Great location.

Great place for quiet family vacation

We really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our flight arrived after 6pm and we had no problem accessing the property. We are from Minnesota and wondered if we could swim (given our stay was at Christmas and highs were low 70s). While the sea was really brisk, both the heated pool and super hot spa meant we swam every day and could relax by the pool. Apartment was quiet even though lots of others were staying over the period. Everyone was friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance (including over the road), and there is a large supermarket (i.e., Publix) one mile away.

Awesome vacation

This rental was spectacular. Much more updated than the unit we rented last year. Beach is beautiful and having a pool/hot tub oceanfront is great. Lots to do. Favorite restaurants Conch Republic, the reef, guppy’s on the beach.

Summer Vacation

Spent 4th of July week here with college age adult children and their significants. Place was very clean, conveniently located, and right on the beach! Seaview 502 had all the things needed for an excellent vacation.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a Great time. Condo had chairs & umbrellas to use at the beach, plus sand toys for the grand kids. Pool was nice with plenty of seating. Condo had everything we needed, well maintained. We will definitely be back!

We chose Seaview because of its great location directly on the beach, 25 unit complex, large spacious balconies and located minutes from Tampa International Airport, St. Petersburg Airport, Disney World, and Busch Gardens.
