Each room features modern amenities, 1 large terrace, 2 balconies, the larger one offering a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the valley LP is based in, perfect for having a coffee in the morning and a great start in the day.

It's a beautiful property and our group loved the spaciousness and comfort. It is a bit away from the main area of town, but it was an easy walk to get a tuk tuk (for around 5/ride).

Had a great time staying at this up-market, spacious, and conveniently located property just a short tuk-tuk ride from the main tourist areas. Definitely the best value property we saw, given the 4 large bedrooms and huge living areas and kitchen. Also very secure.

The house is excellent. Clean and spacious just as advertised. Perfect place for a family or group of friends. The place is gated and secured. Everything is good except minor comunication issues. Would be nice to have a direct phone number of manager or maid who maitain the property for ease of check in and check out.

Very spacious and comfortable Villa, plenty of space for groups or families, convenient location in the City w/still lots of privacy, tastefully yet practically furnished w/ specially made wooden furniture and locally made pottery for feeling right at home and a true Laotian experience for a very competitive price. And of course myself who is always happy to help organize expeditions to experience the City and its beautiful surroundings, or trying to find the best solution for any personal or special requests you might have, a quick message to me to which I or my GF usually respond within minutes, to help you have an experience worth remembering even years after.
